What can I say. I went in to by a Mazda 3 (loved the new look) but one look at the new Mazda 6 and I was in love. I have driven a Mazda 6 prior for 10 years and 235K miles, but was looking for something with better gas milege. Dealer showed me a Silver 6 car but I did not get it that day. Had to compare other cars. Phil said I should get it. It wont last long. This was noon Sat, but I said if i could not find a better looking care I would be in Monday. I was in at 9 am Monday as soon as they opened. Guess what? He was right, it was gone. No worries Phil found me another car I loved. I finally got a change to one the really hot looking Red Mazda 6 now!

I bought a 2013 sport trim manual Mazda3 from Paretti. Before my visit, they were great over the phone. They made sure to actually walk the lot and make sure the the vehicle they had in stock matched my specifications. Other dealerships couldn't even get that part right and told me they had a car that they actually didn't. I got to New Orleans and discussed pricing with Drew for several hours, making sure that I could get the best deal possible on the car. Despite the long negotiation, we settled at a very fair price, and Drew was understanding throughout the entire process. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend buying new Mazda stock from Paretti.

Carlos Ebanks made the experience seamless and pleasurable. I never once felt hassled or taken advantage of. He followed through after the sale with a call to inquire if everything was fine as well as emailed a "Thank you." It is clear Carlos leads by example. Drove out in a new car in under 2.5 hours. John walked with me and patiently explained the options on each vehicle. Then I went back through the lot a second time and chose my three favorite cars. He pulled them up side-by-side so I could really compare them. We did our test drive, and I selected my favorite. Now John let me sit down and relax. He was running around getting insurance cards, credit scores, and approvals. I was reading e-mail and drinking water he provided. Financing was also super fast and convenient. And to top it all off the owner of the store stopped by to thank me. What a great experience. thanks
