We own multiple Hondas and would never take our cars anywhere else. Parker Johnstone knows their business. Any time we visit there, they greet us by name and make us feel right at home. We have never had service anywhere like we get from Parker Johnstone. They Jeanette, Christina, and Jose always explain exactly what will be done, how long it will take, and what it will cost. If anything unexpected turns up, one of them ALWAYS calls us to make sure we understand what will be different about what they quoted us even if it is just that it might take about 15 minutes longer that they originally expected. It's nice to go to a business that remembers your name and welcomes you like family. We recommend them to all of our friends and family. Whenever we have family travel from out of town, they usually ask us to call Jeanette or Christina to make an appointment for their cars to have some random service done because they like the friendly atmosphere and the way they are treated. We had such a great experience when we purchased our Odyssey from Parker Johnstone, we convinced some other family members who were looking at a Pilot to go there as well, and they were just as satisfied with their experience. I LOVE WILSONVILLE HONDA!!!!! I have worked for years with the service department (Jeannette, Jose & Christina). Bought 2 new Honda's just to have them service our cars, left Mercedes and Broadway Toyota with the service department (Jeannette, Jose & Christina). Bought 2 new Honda's just to have them service our cars, left Mercedes and Broadway Toyota (was treated like 2nd class citizen). My husband has a Acura but the service department at Ron Tonkin is way over priced and can never rival the guys at Wilsonville Honda. I also refer everyone I know who has a Honda to them, it's worth the drive every time...... I wish all service departments could take a lesson in customer service from these guys! They are my friends and family, I will never own any other car's besides Honda because of them. More

I have been to many other dealers in the Portland metro area and none of them compare to the staff at Parker Johnstone's. The price and service is by far the best period. Jennette, Jose, Kristina, Jamie and Bri are very friendly and are very up front about what needs to be done if I ever have any problems. I live about 50 miles away from the service department and drive by about 3 to 4 other Honda dealerships on my way to them because of the experience and trust that I have with them. More
