3 hrs for an oil change. Last visit they didnt put enough oil in the engine and I had to have it towed back to the dealer plus they didnt check the air pressure in the tire Last visit they didnt put enough oil in the engine and I had to have it towed back to the dealer plus they didnt check the air pressure in the tires. 4 days later I had to fill up all 4 tires. I see a lot of negative reviews, but have to say Alejandro took his time explaining. I took my car to Hyundai almost a month ago wanting a tune up and to get a check up because my check engine light kept coming on my car had been riding really good no major issues I just thought it neede tune up and to get a check up because my check engine light kept coming on my car had been riding really good no major issues I just thought it needed a tune up Hyundai has had my car for about a month now I am so frustrated everytime I call to ask is it done its not they keep telling me oh were waiting on the insurance company to do this an that they brought it to me once after the insurance paid for everything they stated was wrong and the check engine light was still on I'm so upset I thought Hyundai was the place to take my car I'm not pleased at all then trying to over charge me on two minor things that I said I would pay for before I knew my insurance would be paying for anything as long as they have had my car I shouldn't be paying for anything then offering me another sonata that I don't want I just want my car back and I will never bring my car back!!!!!! I don't think no one has ever had to leave their car for a month More
