My only complaint is about the time. I specifically took my car in at 7:30 because I had to be at a funeral that morning. I asked when I scheduled and also at the dealership when I dropp I specifically took my car in at 7:30 because I had to be at a funeral that morning. I asked when I scheduled and also at the dealership when I dropped off my car if it could be done within 2 hours because of the funeral. They said it's just an oil change, sure! I received a call at 11:19 while I was at the funeral that I could pick up my car. Obviously, I had to make other arrangements to get there because my car wasn't done. I think that from 7:30am, it shouldn't have taken almost 4 hours to have that service done. I wouldn't have gotten service that day had I not been assured it could be done in a timely manner (the timeframe I asked about). The next section made me put ratings on two people. I have no idea who they are, I had no interaction with them, so I gave them each 4 stars. That shouldn't be a required field. More

Purchased the car here, which is why we brought it back when A/C began to malfunction. Called to make appt for diagnostics and was told that those have to be made a day ahead, so we made an appt for next d when A/C began to malfunction. Called to make appt for diagnostics and was told that those have to be made a day ahead, so we made an appt for next day at 8:30 AM. Dropped off for 8:30 AM appointment and had no communication by 1:30 PM, so we called to find out what was going on. No one had looked at the car, and we were told then that it could be 24-48 hours before diagnostics were completed. We had had enough and came to pick up the car. When we arrived a few minutes later, they had put it on the rack, presumably spurred by our call to get something started. Communication failure on multiple levels. Please be straight about things. If you do not intend to look at a car for 24-48 hours, don't offer an appointment. We went to the dealer, expecting to pay more but expecting to get better communication and customer service in return for the higher cost. Sadly, we won't be back. More
