Passport BMW and Peter Chun ROCK ! !! We recently found a used 2022 BMW X3 on this dealership web site and contacted them to see if the car was still available. Peter Chun told it it !! We recently found a used 2022 BMW X3 on this dealership web site and contacted them to see if the car was still available. Peter Chun told it it was so we told him we were driving up from north east Tennessee 600 miles away. We made an appointment for the following day at mid morning. Peter was very through and collected all of the information he needed to expedite the process. When we arrived at te dealership we were greeted very warmly by everyone. What a beautiful facility packed with professionals. Peter greeted us and took us to his office right away and got us settled in. He made arrangements to meet with Isaiah who went over the entire car with us to show us all the options and road test the car. He was another top notch person with a great sense of humor. We got back and decided we loved the car so Peter making sure all was in order got us set up with the Finance Manager Davaughn Paige. This man was equally professional and kind with a great sense of humor. Even with me forgetting my cashiers check for the down payment, he was able to figure out a way for us to move forward. No High Pressure at all. I worked at dealerships in the past and I know all the dirty tricks they typically play and after 15 years of ugly I left the business. This experience was so completely refreshing and wonderful. As I said in the beginning, Passport BMW, Peter Chun, Devaughn Paige and Isaiah TOTALLY ROCK. You will love this place. More

We have been loyal customers of Passport BMW, having already purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Our latest experience, however, was deeply disappointing and has led us to decide not to return. During a recent visit, my husband was interested in exploring a 5 Series BMW. Initially, the interaction was positive, and he even received a deal. However, the situation took a turn when he inquired about the 7 Series. The salesperson, Ben, responded with, “You cannot afford it,” which was both shocking and offensive. Moreover, Ben’s attitude was uninviting and judgmental. Seeking a better experience, we approached sales manager. Instead of assistance, we were met with a guilt-inducing spiel about not making any profit and needing to feed his family. When my husband responded, this salesperson became aggressive and yelled at him. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. We expected a professional and respectful service, but instead, we were judged, intimidated, and disrespected. This is no way to treat customers, especially loyal ones. We strongly believe the staff at Passport BMW needs extensive training in customer service and how to engage without judgment or aggression. Due to this experience, we will be taking our business to another BMW dealership and advise others to consider doing the same. More
