We’re new to town and our F250 (our only vehicle and after driving 3k miles across the country) developed a hot wheel that needed immediate attention. We dropped it off on Sunday when this dealership w after driving 3k miles across the country) developed a hot wheel that needed immediate attention. We dropped it off on Sunday when this dealership was closed, without an appointment. Fifteen minutes before they opened on Monday, Alfonso in Service called me and that’s where I began to get blown away by the exceptional service, professionalism and genuine care that Pat Armstrong Ford has to offer. Unlike any other dealership I have experienced in my 42 years of driving, they are AWESOME! Special kudos to Alfonso, Daisy and Aliyah for going above and beyond to get us back on the road to meet a deadline. Can’t say enough good about this dealership!! More
Ordered my 2022 F250 from Armstrong Ford. When ordering Nathen walked by and had taken a look at my 2015 Expy and mentioned in passing a reasonable trade in value. Three months later when the When ordering Nathen walked by and had taken a look at my 2015 Expy and mentioned in passing a reasonable trade in value. Three months later when the F250 arrived, suddenly the trade in value of the Expy was low balled. I had the ability to pay cash for the F250 and sold my Expy outright to a used car lot for $500 less than Nathen originally stated. Love the truck, not so much the dealership! More
Worst service I have ever had!!! I’am a 59 year old retired man and I had just bought a private party 2000 Ford Excursion w/126,000 miles (lots of life left) for Mrs Quinn to tow her horse trailer. Sho retired man and I had just bought a private party 2000 Ford Excursion w/126,000 miles (lots of life left) for Mrs Quinn to tow her horse trailer. Shortly after the purchase the vehicle had to be shutdown due to some weird sound (and an engine light), but still started up fine & idled. However, to avoid any damage I had AAA “tow" the vehicle into Pat Armstrong Ford's dealership. Prior to its arrival, I contacted the GM a Mr. Jon “JK” Kuhnhenn personally and gave specific instructions to him and the service advisor, a Mr. Jake Smith (both) to be sure it was connect to the Ford computer (IDS) "before they started it again" & to perform a thorough diagnostic ONLY while connected to a computer. Then, instead of towing it into the service bay as previously discussed, someone started the vehicle then, actually ran & drove the vehicle, apparently according to the shop foreman for several minutes while NOT connected to the computer! And, you guessed it, seized the engine! Then, they called and said, "I needed a new engine and that it was my problem". The Dealer was clearly, "NEGLIGENT" in their Dereliction of Duties, while my vehicle was in their custody and care. Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office, but they have no real power to do anything. Dont use these guys, BUYER BEWARE!!! More
So let me tell you a little something about Pat Armstrong Ford. They sold my daughter a lemon. She bought a 2003 Ford Focus from them 4 months ago and the engine is now toast. The car had less than 100k mile Ford. They sold my daughter a lemon. She bought a 2003 Ford Focus from them 4 months ago and the engine is now toast. The car had less than 100k miles on it when she bought it. She used the insurance money from her other car, which was totaled while it was parked, to buy this piece of crap. Now she has no car and no money for a car. They offered no help and showed no remorse towards the fact they sold her a car they knew was garbage. They even let it slip out, after the fact, that it was a "Mechanics Special" when it was NEVER advertised as such. They thought they were being nice, and trying to help her out, when they tried to sell her a car with a $350/mo payment. She paid just under $4k for the Focus. Just another dealership full of lying xxxxxxx. The service department guys were cool though. More
Bought a platinum extended warranty for around $5000. Was to take care of everything as long as I owned the vehicle per the salesman who sat with me in the office of the then manager of Town Ford, Pat A Was to take care of everything as long as I owned the vehicle per the salesman who sat with me in the office of the then manager of Town Ford, Pat Armstrong. Mr Armstrong agreed the warranty was for everything for the lifetime of my ownership of the vehicle; it was a 2012 Ford Escape with approx 16,000 miles on it which I purchased from Evergreen Ford in Issaquah in the fall of 2012, waiting to get the extended warranty at the local Ford Dealer in the Wenatchee area. Essentially I received oil changes and two wiper blades without charge. I requested a transmission flush several times which was denied because "the miles did not warrant it and Wenatchee is not an area with dusty roads." My comment fell on deaf ears. My battery went dead in Missouri and I called to see about the warranty covering replacement; was told Town Ford would not help because I was too far away--I should just have hired a tow truck to tow it to East Wenatchee. I could not have been more satisfied with the vehicle itself and have no negative thoughts about it. HOWEVER, RECENTLY, THE IGNITION WOULD NOT WORK WITHOUT MY REPROGRAMMING THE KEY. I was concerned that procedure might eventually fail so asked Pat Armstrong Ford (formerly Town Ford) to run a computer check/print-out on it. When I checked with them, I was told by Pat Howell, service advisor, they did a computer check but there was no such thing as a print-out to verify the results. HE SAID THEY REMOVED THE STARTER. WELL, WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO PLACE THE KEY IN THE IGNITION, IT WAS SLOPPY AND WIGGLED A LOT--I BELIEVE THEY BROKE SOME OF THE PARTS OR SIMPLY DID NOT DO A RELIABLE MECHANICS JOB OF REPLACING IT. Patrick Armstrong Ford then quoted me $990.94 to diagnose, remove and replace lock cylinder and housing, and the lock itself with no guarantee that would actually correct the problem. I declined and was then charged and I paid $125 for the diagnosis for which I had no proof had been done by running an electronic diagnostic test. Going to another location I and my family found a vehicle to my liking and arranged for my car to be taken as a trade-in. That car dealer actually delivered my replacement vehicle to Wenatchee (more than a 250-mile round trip) and then loaded my 2012 Ford on that trailer to take it to their site (at no charge to me!). NOW THAT IS WHAT I CONSIDER GOING BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY AND THAT DEALER WILL GET MY BUSINESS WHEN I NEED REPAIRS EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVE AND STAY-OVER MAY BE SOMEWHAT COSTLY. --- And to top the whole experience off, here is the response Pat Howell gave me when I told him I had given and would continue to give his dealership bad publicity: QUOTE "THERE ARE A LOT OF RICH PEOPLE IN WENATCHEE AND UNTIL THEY RUN OUT OF MONEY I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY BAD PUBLICITY YOU MAY GIVE." Went in to purchase a inexpensive car to just go back and forth to work. Nothing to fancy. Told Tracy several times that the two auto loans were recently paid off. Banks either denied or came back with h forth to work. Nothing to fancy. Told Tracy several times that the two auto loans were recently paid off. Banks either denied or came back with high terms. Why because I had $45k in car loans. When I questioned why they ran it wrong 21 times? Well I am not finance. I didn't know and my favored " we can't correct the past." Dang i knew better. Pat Armstrong messed us up 3 times before this issue. Guess local ford dealership just isn't worth keep giving chance to. Very disappointed More
Loss of power when towing I took my 2010 Ford F-350 6.4 diesel into the shop because I was loosing power when I was towing my 40 foot Alpine fifth wheel. There were no check en I took my 2010 Ford F-350 6.4 diesel into the shop because I was loosing power when I was towing my 40 foot Alpine fifth wheel. There were no check engine lights, Jake had his guys go over everything and they couldn’t find a problem. Two weeks later same thing except I did get a check engine light. I took it into a local auto parts store and they ran a check for me .(I live fifty miles from Wenatchee). I called Jake and told him what I found. He checked inventory and found the part. I left mt truck Sunday night in their lot and Monday they installed the new part. I picked it up that evening. Jack runs a great shop and if I have any other problems that’s where I will go. PS too the truck and fifth wheel on a 400 mile trip with no problem. Thanks again Jake More

As far as the transaction, we were told it was ready at 3:00. We arrived then and the extra parts ( mudflats, etc.) were not installed. We did not appreciate having to wait.
