Having been to multiple Toyota dealerships, I can say, equivocally, that he assured we had the best experience. I absolutely detest the car buying experience, but Pat Lobb & Len were phenomenal. That morning we had hit Toyota of Richardson and Toyota of Plano, both were horrible experiences. Our last ditch was McKinney. We should have hit them first, great experience and great to work with on the price of the car. More
