Ruben informed me that this particular vehicle as well as nearly EVERY OTHER vehicle listed on ToyotaCertified.com are -NOT- available. I instead found out from Ruben that the only -actual- vehicles that exist in reality at your dealership are: 1. Higher mileage. 2. Higher price. 3. Lower-grade models. The excuse was "Oh, we are not a franchise so you have to check our inventory and website." Then WHY ARE THEY LISTED ON TOYOTACERTIFIED.COM at all????? This in -every- way screams bait-and-switch tactics thinking people are dumb enough to be enticed with a "good" deal online, then going to allow themselves to be talked into buying a lesser-equipped, higher-mileage vehicle for MORE money. LOL. Priceless! Maybe they are -- but not I. Keep the typical "user card salesman" xx, and I'll keep my money. Now I know another dealership to avoid and tell everyone else my experience. More
