My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
My experience in purchasing my first car (myself) was one of the most horrible experiences ever! I had planned to get a used car, build my credit, and later get a new Maxima...that is until I visited Pat Peck nissan of Mobile,Al. To start it took them almost a week to get my car (2009 Nissan Sentra) ready and when I got it the brakes were squeaking, there was no fluid for the wind shield wipers, and the tires were bald. What made me so upset was I felt like they took advantage of a young female who was 8 months pregnant. I was put in a very dangers situation because your dealership chose a deal over real customer service. I took it back to let them know about what was going on and the male who sold me the car (Charles Kennedy)told me that I couldn't bring the car back because how would they know that I didn't do all of that to the car myself (now mind you I had only had the car for 5days in which I took pictures of the bald tires and still have). He then tried to insult my intelligence by saying that they do not put fluid in the wind shield wipers not even in the new cars! Wow! I had never had a car that didn't have fluid in it, but he let me know how you all handle business there and that wasn't something you did. Even the manager, Jonah, claimed to have fixed the car and the brakes were still sqeaking, the tires were the same, but there was fluid for the wipers. After that, I called the cooperate office to let them know and they said they called the dealership and they said I had not been there! What kind business would be so underhanded like that! I am SO VERY disappointed with the way you handle business. As a result I had to spend more money on fixing the car then what I had put down on the car (which was $300)!I wanted so badly to get my new Maxima with you all but now I do not feel that your dealership is trustworthy or morally ethical. I ask if you all would not send me any "special offers" anymore you all have left a bad taste in my mouth and I nor anyone I know will fall victim to your games ever again. I have already had several people come to me and ask about you all and told them about my experience. They all have cars now but none were purchased from you all. I plan to let everyone know how horrible of a business you all are. Mind you, I do not intend to go out of my way to make you all look or sound bad but I will not encourage anyone to purchase anything from you all. I do hope the best for your business but I do not plan to give you anymore of mine. Good day to you all and thank you for allowing me to comment about your dealership. Allana Veale, extremely disappointed customer

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
This has been my worst experience buying a car ever! First I live in Florida and when I purchased the car they let me drive back with no tags on my car. I was also told I would get my new cars owners manual in the mail, which never happened ( even after calling my sales rep 3 times with no returned call) I bought my car on Dec 23 and the tax collectors office never received my paperwork to register my car until Jan 18 ( had to call at least 3 times to find out where paperwork was then they finally sent it). Also if they tell you they will hold a check for your down payment don't believe that either, they told me they would wait a week but ended up over drawing my bank acct. I also personally wrote a letter to my sales rep and the GM with my contact info, but didn't get a call back from either one.

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
Me and my husband came to Pat Peck with a certain car we wanted. Through some issues we were not able to achieve this car. Let me tell you though, I am completely pleased with John and Patrick and the others that helped us out!! We were going to be going back home in our trade in but they refused to let us give up. So, long story short. The deal we had in mind didn't go through but the deal they got us was MUCH BETTER than what we planned! We came home in a beautiful Maxima.. VERY PLEASED!!! :) Thanks to ((all)) of you that stuck with us and got us into an awesome car! I will send anyone I know who is looking for a new car to you guys! Thanks so much!!!

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
If you want to be ripped off then visit this place. You will not believe I bought a rear wiper’s arm from them and ask them to remove a screw and put it back (It took 5 minutes). Instead of doing this free as regular customer goodwill they charged me $30, which is a good example of ripping off the customers.

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
For the price dealerships charge for repairs, you would think they would complete the work correctly the first time. I have had several things repaired on my Nissan Maxima and each time so far I have had to come back and have them correct something. The new tires I purchased, two were installed incorrectly. Sams Wholesale pointed that out to me while I was there getting a wheel balance and rotation for 15.00. What I did not appreciate is that this dealership offer vechicle inspections, which I had several times after I purchased the tires. I do not appreciate paying very high prices for losy service. Either lower the price or simply look back at your finish product, especially if I have to take time out of my day to bring it back. I do have to say that the customer service team members do a good job with making appointments and trying to get the mechiancs to get the job done.

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
We live in Atlanta Georgia and found ourselves stranded while traveling to Mobile. The Pat Peck service department was more concerned than the dealership where we made the purchase originally. We had another problem with another vehicle while traveling again and just like before, we knew we could count on the people at Pat Peck. Honestly, I would travel to Pat Peck in Mobile if we were to ever purchase another Nissan before I would buy one from Carriage Nissan in Gainesville Georgia.

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
Wanted new, but purchased Nissan Armada. Our salesman, Jason Allen, was awesome! He guided our decision while never "selling" us anything. Our entire experience was great. Without hesitation, I would recommend friends and family to Pat Peck and especially to the salesman Jason Allen.

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
We were shopping for a new vehicle but decided on a used Nissan Armada. The salesman was exceptional! Never, in the entire process, did we feel like we were being sold anything. Jason simply asked questions to guide him in spotlighting what we might be interested in. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Mr. Allen to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle!

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
Found a used Altima on line that I was interested in. Made a phone call and decided to go and look at it. I've been shopping for another car for about a year. The car was just what I've been looking for. Good, clean, used car with low mileage, the extras that I wanted, and good gas mileage. I was prepared for a long ordeal and alot of back and forth. To my suprise, it only took a couple of hours from start to finish, and they worked with me to get the car for the price I asked for. Shaine was extremely helpful, and answered all our questions, plus some we didn't ask! I would recommend Pat Peck to anyone. My husband says that it was the best car buying experience he has ever had! Thanks Pat Peck. I'm enjoying my car.

My Review of Pat Peck Nissan:
I have had many bad experiences with this dealership's service department. It is the only dealer in proximity to me so I have no choice but to deal with them for the warranty work. They put on this air of being courteous and competent but in reality make their customers wait extremely long times for routine service. and offer no remorse when this happens. Last visit I waited FIVE HOURS for an oil change and tire balance for which I had a specific appointment time. They also dinged my door and refused to take responsibility. Overall I have had many bad experiences with this dealership and would avoid them if at all possible.
