I had a very positive experience at Patrick Hyundai. Their dealership is not your typical dealership. They actually cared about giving me a great deal and making sure i was satisfied with every aspect Their dealership is not your typical dealership. I left a Toyota dealership and went to Patrick Hyundai once i saw the great deal they were offering for their 2010 Sonatas. Once i got there the deal was even better than what was advertised. Not only was the deal good for the advertised cars but the whole fleet of 2010's. I picked out my choice of car, was given a great price and finace rate, signed the contract that they plainly explained to me and drove off with my new car in about 2 hours. After my purchase they contacted me to make sure everything was O.K. My recommendation to you is if you are planning to buy a car, make sure you stop by Patrick Hyundai before you make any decisions. I bought a car a few years back from Nick when he was the Internet Manager. Found out he is now the Manager and Don the new Internet Manager picked up exactly where Nick left off. Mechanics are hacks. 6 weeks to replace a cracked head. after i got my car back it ran like crap and they wont stand behind their work. I found parts missing under the hood . xxx !! It appears that they sabototaged my car to make money after doing warranty work. I could have done a better job on my car than they did. I've re built an engine or two in my time. Now i'm stuck with a crappy barley running car. I tried taking it back several times they insisted it was running just fine. Randy in the service dept is a shady jerk. I could throw him farther than I could trust him. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Real far away for warranty work. I wouldnt trust them to fix a Matchbox Car. More
