OH wait Maintenance which is not Maintenance service is actually another $1000- REALLY talk about a way to scheme- and make a buck !!! Shame on us because we bought two cars and just found out -- so we lets be clear Patriot Charges 2,500 to maintain and service a NEW car- ALL free included at other dealerships-- Then they acted as if I was the one who made the error or was confused when it was CLEARLY marketed to rip you off!!! I had to give them the one star because they offered to allow us to take the maintenance package off the car- jeez thanks They should have a maintenance department and not a service department!! More

I did not purchase my vehicle at Patriot Subaru, but it is convenient to where I live, so therefore most of my maintenance gets done there. Just today I was in for a State Inspection. All of the staff was friendly and engaging their customers. They always try to keep the customer informed with what they feel is best, but don't always push their opinions on you either. Patriot Subaru stands above the rest because they also give back to their community. I've been in the dealership multiple times when events were happening. This morning they had breakfast available for their customers, and were also conducting a food drive for a local center. I've yet to have one bad experience at Patriot, and I have a hunch that I will not have that bad experience. I appreciate all the work they do and the way they treat their customers. When I was walking out after having my car inspected for the State, I was very surprised to hear that I didn't owe a penny. She said she needed my signature, and that I was all set. I mentioned "I haven't paid yet". She said you don't have to for a State Inspection. These are the sorts of "little things" that make Patriot a great place to do business with. And, to boot, they even washed my car! I highly recommend Patriot Subaru! More
I brought my Toyota Tundra to Patriot Subaru for service and new tires after Michael Avery highly recommended their service department. Mike sold me my first new vehicle, (a Toyota truck), almost 30 years ago. My entire family all trust and rely upon Mike for his expertise in vehicle sales. We all have the highest regard for Michael. His integrity and strong work ethic are equally impressive. I actually had a lower quote for the same tires from another garage, but after talking with Mike I cancelled that appointment and scheduled one with Patriot Subaru. I am glad I made that decision. Mike introduced me to the Service Manager, who was very professional, and I was confident my truck was in good hands. Mike told me how to get to the nearby Eastern Trail and I was soon enjoying a wonderful walk while my truck was being serviced. After a while I received a call on my cell phone explaining the Service Department had found a broken sway bar extension in the front end along with some other safety issues. The observant mechanic also noticed the rear brakes were dragging due to a frozen emergency brake system. I am planning to drive my truck down to Florida in the next few weeks. I happily agreed to pay the very reasonable costs for the necessary work. When I walked back to Patriot Subaru, Mike introduced me to the mechanic who pointed out the areas of concern. It was obvious this man took great pride in his work. When the job was finished, my truck was test driven and washed. The Service Manager explained every detail of the work and related costs. I drove away from Patriot Subaru so pleased with the work done to my truck. The new tires that were recommended rode quiet and smooth. I'm glad Mike Avery was so adamant and helpful in scheduling my visit to Patriot Subaru. I've always driven trucks, but I will be a repeat customer at Patriot Subaru. - John Burne More
Service here is the best. Prices are decent and hey, cars coat money. I drive a lot, 500 miles a week at least, so Paul, the weekend service manager, sees me every 2months on a Saturday. I've kept up with regular matenence and let me just say...70,000 miles later...I have not had to do any major fixes. Needless to say, I am always pleased. Highly recommend. Also, they are 4 legged friend friendly! If I needed to, I could even bring my dog in. They are always constantly doing fundraisers...just good people and great service here! More
I needed help when my new imprezza started making noise and started shaking, fortunately i got to my driveway. I called and had it towed to Patriot. They fixed minor problem and delivered my car to me as and started shaking, fortunately i got to my driveway. I called and had it towed to Patriot. They take the extra step to accomodate. I am so happy I bought a Subaru and happier that I bought it at Patriot. More

I was in for a routine service the other day and everyone was not only friendly and professional but several were also very kind and attentive to my dog who is blind. One nice gentleman went to the trouble o was not only friendly and professional but several were also very kind and attentive to my dog who is blind. One nice gentleman went to the trouble of getting him a dog dish of water! Really, it is a very pleasant and dependable dealership and I am happy to drive down from Portland for service. More
Since 2005, I have purchased two Subaru's from Patriot and have had them both serviced by the Patriot service team. I have worked closely with both Dane and Wayne over the years and have developed a comp and have had them both serviced by the Patriot service team. I have worked closely with both Dane and Wayne over the years and have developed a complete trust in them. At almost every service I tell Dane that my brakes need to be replaced and 9 out of 10 times he comes back to tell me that they still have plenty of pad and we are good to go for a bit longer. At other service centers, they would just replace the brakes, but these guys are honest with me and as a result, my loyalty is to them. Just recently, after a routine service, I noticed an issue with the car the shaking and brought it back in. My car was just out of warranty, but Patriot covered the issue under goodwill warranty. This truly reinforces why I drive down from Freeport to have this crew service my car. Patriot stands behind their product and their team is just a pleasure to work with. More
