My Review of Paul Clark Volkswagen:
I test drove a black 2008 EOS that was on the lot with a price on it. I made an offer on the car but they told me the computers were down (it was Sunday) but they would let me know if I could have the car by Monday (next day) afternoon the latest. I called Monday afternoon they still didn't know if they could sell the car to me. They didn't own it yet. . . If they didn't own it why is it on the lot with a price? So, I called again on Tuesday, they said they still didn't know but there is another EOS available 2007 Blue, I said thank you but I would really like the black one I drove. So I called AGAIN on Wed. and was told the same thing. Thursday I got an email about a white EOS. It's now Friday and I still don't have a car.

My Review of Paul Clark Volkswagen:
I have been a long time VW owner but had a bad experience in 2004 when I was buying a new Passat. A real hard sell. This time I went to Paul Clark VW who has reloacted to a new facility on route 24. Great location. I shopped them last week and bought a new CC which is a beautiful new model. The salesperson knew his product and Mike the manager worked out a very nice price----I saved about $250.

The car was ready when promised, clean,polished and best of all no hassel.

My Review of Paul Clark Volkswagen:
The couldn't fix a coffee.

I brought our touareg to them 6 times to be fixed, at least. We've sampled multiple rentals. We've brought the car to have specific things fixed and the service department has forgotten to do them. They haven't forgotten to charge for them though.

I went to a manager to see if they would take care of us if we traded this lemon for antoher car, and he never called me back. Nice crappy customer service.
