Rating 3 stars since I did have a bumpy ride here at first. Long story short, I was leasing an EV and there is definitely a learning curve in the purchasing process + general knowledge on both ends ( first. Long story short, I was leasing an EV and there is definitely a learning curve in the purchasing process + general knowledge on both ends (buyer and dealer). There was a disagreement between the sales manager and me regarding state tax credits and how things were communicated. After some back and forth, I worked directly with the branch manager and we were able to work something out that made sense for both of us. I appreciate the willingness to listen and resolve the dispute. Would work with them again. More
