A loaner car was waiting when I arrived. I was greeted by Danny the service advisor at Paul Conte Cadillac. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I requested a thorough inspection of the car be performed as I sensed the car just didn't seem to be running right. Danny assured me a complete inspection would be made. I then knew I was in good hands. As I suspected repairs were required. Danny keep me informed as what needed to be done. The work was done right, timely and at a fair price. When I arrived to pick up the car Danny took me through the checklist of the items inspected and repairs made. He made the process one of the best experiences I have had at a Cadillac dealership! More
