Odor coming from air conditioner or heating vent was annoying for several months. Service employees Ken or Rich always gave their attention to my problems over the years of service. I have been trying to locate my 'perfect' CPO BMW 5 series and visited six dealers around NJ. The dealership is modern, clean, and the staff very professional and courteous. I felt that Fred handled the transaction very simply, was straight-forward, honest and pleasant. He was patient throughout my detailed questions, found answers and followed-up in a timely manner. I saw the car late on a Saturday evening almost at closing time; Fred was in no rush. One week later, we had the finance all locked down and I was driving away. Having been to some of BMW's nearby CPO and Internet sales showrooms, I can say that Paul Miller BMW treated me as if I was buying a brand new car and I would thoroughly recommend it, and in particular Fred Barden. I'm a very happy customer. More

The service center at Paul Miller BMW is very customer friendly. They truly value you as a customer from the ease of making an appointment online, to service hours that fit your needs, continuing with eff friendly. On this visit, a major service task was required which was found by there technicians based on a minor item that I was concerned about. This required an extended service time. My service advisor, Rich Ruilli, clearly and completely explained the issue to me as well as making sure that the loaner vehicle afforded me met my needs since my vehicle would be in the shop for a week as well as thru the weekend. Rich kept me updated everyday to the progress made with the repair task. He was even almost appoligetic that the repairs could not be done quicker. This just showed me that he had my interests first and foremost. He personally insured that the repairs were done to his satisfaction before allowing me to pick up the vehicle. What more could you want from your service center. Keep up the good work and I expect to maintain my relationship with not only Rich for future service appointments, but with Paul Miller BMW since sales is only a small point of the overall vehicle experience with any dealer. More

I have great ratings because my experience was just that, great. I Brought my car in for the first servicing and everyone was very courteous and friendly.
