I am completely satisfied with my experiences at Paul Miller. My dealings date back to the Toyota dealership in Monsey NY when we bought a Highlander, sold to us by Levingston Hylton. We followed him over to Wayne NJ and bought the X3 from him in 2009. We are very pleased with him and the dealership. He is an exemplary salesman and has become a friend . I am happy with my service. I think Scott Vara is an excellent service advisor. He helped me replace my exhaust which I had previously complained about the noise to a different advisor who had ignored excellent service advisor. It only took a few minutes, but that made a world of difference. I would return to Paul Dealership for all my needs. Thank you, Ken. It doesn't take a lot to have customer satisfaction. Scott was OUTSTANDING. My disappointment was not with him or his excellent communication. I purchased my car from Paul Miller and travel a long way to use them for service. I believe in Loyalty. They did not replace the screen because even though they saw it had a heat problem, it wasn't high enough that BMW would allow replacement. Therefore, I run the risk of my navigation cutting out again. 2. Oil Replacement: They did replace the oil but kept the indicator at replace in 3000 miles so I have to come back again to replace the oil. Its a BMW policy so even though the oil was replaced, I have to come back in, arrange a loaner, spend the time to drive in/out for an oil change thats not needed. Its a waste of time on my part AND a waste of money on BMW's. But its the policy. I will still come to Paul Miller but wanted to let you know my disappointment. Again, Scott and the group were great- its a policy issue. Skip Huisking More
I had an accident and totaled my 2007 528xi. It was towed to Paul Miller collision where Al Grazioli worked quickly with my insurance company to determine that the vehicle was a total loss. Al put me in contact with Cathy Kundert who helped me select a new 2013 528xi to lease. I met with Jim Caruso who worked out the details of the lease agreement with me. I can honestly say that these individuals turned my bad experience into a very pleasant one. They helped me through a really difficult time and made my new purchase a wonderful experience! Thanks to the coordination and dedication of these individuals, I was able to drive off in a car I really love! More
