This was the first time I purchased a new car from Paul Miller BMW, I had used their service department in the past and they are the best ever. A few years ago I was in to buy a 5 series from Paul Aldaz but it didn't work out, I needed a car at that moment and BMW was about to release the new 5 series in 3 months. Even then Paul was great, I am so happy with my purchase of a 535 x drive and Paul Aldaz' assistance was a key part of that. More
To start with, I'm really glad I made my purchase(2013 z4) through Cathy. Two month before this I had a really bad experience with another dealer, wasted months of my time. Cathy, on the other hand, is very responsive, efficient, informative, patient and extremely kind. Moreover, I appreciate her honesty, which I believe is the most important quality you are looking for when you purchase a car. I got a satisfying price within just a few phone calls from her while other dealers are still playing with tricky numbers. Then she patiently helped me on choosing trim/interior, even sent me samples to help with my decision. And then a fast order and boom --- one month later, I got my sweet vehicle, exactly the way I wanted! To sum up, over the past few months, I've contacted a couple dealers regarding my purchase, and I'm so happy I found Cathy. This is without doubt the best purchase experience for me. I would recommend her strongly. More

I could not evaluate the quality of work, since nothing was done to replace or service parts of the vehicle. Only a courtesy evaluation was performed on the whole car. I was given an estimate for tire replacement and front headlights. I will consider the above items when I bring the car in for a 60k mile service within 6 months. More
I've dealt with Manhattam BMW and Bayside BMW and found their service poor, at best. Paul Miller does justice to the BMW brand. Brought my car in for routine service. I had neglected to tell them of some issues I had with the car when I first made my appointment. The woman who met with me was very attentive and made sure to addr to tell them of some issues I had with the car when I first made my appointment. The woman who met with me was very attentive and made sure to address my issues. I am especially pleased that she took several extra steps to help me with one in particular which I'll explain: the man who painted my house moved my car during the process and got a greay "haze" of paint inside my car on the black leather- on the door, on the seat and on the center console. It was only visible in bright sunlight but I was unhappy about it. The BMW representative first had me talk to a gentleman who understood the cleaning products. He suggested having the people who detailed the car try some of their cleaning fluids on a small section of the car to make sure it didnt hurt the leather, and sure enough, they were able to resolve the problem. My car looks beautifully new again and I left a very happy customer. Thanks to the team. More
