Sales staff was very friendly and helpful each time I visited before and after ordering! Ordered a new vehicle with plan pricing, so did not have any experience haggling with them, but feel confident th visited before and after ordering! Within 24 hours of us contacting Pauli Ford, their team was able to locate and price out two cars according to our specifications. After the test drive, we priced out the same vehicle, but none came close was able to locate and price out two cars according to our specifications.
