My last two service visits were for minor warranty repairs. Both were fixed efficiently, quickly and correctly. The service department always takes care of me and my 2010 Mercury Milan. They do a great job, are very friendly and get the job done correctly the first time.

I have purchased at least 3 cars from Pauli and have been very satisfied with the purchases and the service. Rates are reasonable and they even offer to drive you back home or someplace else if you need to after you drop off your car for service.

Are Lincoln MKZ was idling rough so we took it to Pauli to have it looked at. We dropped it of on Sunday night and first thing Monday morning they called and said that they found the problem and you could pick the car up that afternoon. I thought it would take a couple of days. Great job once again from Pauli Ford.
