This dealership service department is junk. They did work on my car and did half xxx work. They said they fixed my problem but instead they cut wires to hide the actual problem to trick the com They did work on my car and did half xxx work. They said they fixed my problem but instead they cut wires to hide the actual problem to trick the computer that it was fixed. Now they refuse to take my vehicle in for service. This would be the 3rd time for the same thing. I would highly recommend not bringing your car there for service or even buying anything from there. Service told me what they said they fixed but another dealer ship beg to defer. Dodge has been called and legal. Do not buy or bring anything to this dealer. They don't care about there customers. All they care about is turn over and making money. More

Most reviews slap or give kudos to the Sales Department. This review is to tell everyone this dealership has an awesome Parts Manager, Ken. I called from out of state on a scarce and back ordered part. H This review is to tell everyone this dealership has an awesome Parts Manager, Ken. I called from out of state on a scarce and back ordered part. He shipped it to me even though not in his ‘scope of responsibility’. Truly a nice and very knowledgeable man, would recommend to anyone who needs advice on what parts should be used on their Chrysler Dodge Jeep or RAM vehicle. Thank you Ken!!!! More

The radio has had issues for a long time now. The service department has attempted to fix it three times and it is still not corrected. I now have to go back a fourth time with no resolution. Bought our Durango Citadel from Pearl in 2011 . They have been the only ones to perform service on it and I still live my Durango almost 100,000 miles later.
