Pensacola Honda is the place to buy a car. First time I have come here looking for a vehicle. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left with a new Van everyone was great. I know when I bought the Van I was getting a great deal and was completely satisfied. Cannot say how much they made it about me through the whole experience from when I walked in the door to when I drove my new Van home. The whole staff from the person that met me at the door all the way up to the manager. Give more stars if it was available. More

My cars airconditioning was not working. I called and spoke to Wendy a very sweet and customer freindly lady and she got me in for service next day!! I got there in the morning at 7 a.m. and I called and spoke to Wendy a very sweet and customer freindly lady and she got me in for service next day!! I got there in the morning at 7 a.m. and they were already busy. I walked in and was met by Jennifer a very friendly Service Manager who got my car in right away. They diagnosed my compressor was bad and proceeded to call my extended coverage warranty company and I was approved for service after Jennifer was on hold for a long time patiently waiting and she got approval for the work to be done. She was extremely busy as the day went on but was very attentive to keep me up to date. She is an awesome customer service oriented young lady and I was very pleased with my overall experience!!! This Honda dealership is the Best! More

I went in on Friday June 19th and worked with Jared and he was amazing!! He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, polite. All things you want from a car sales person. I left Friday telling him I needed to talk to my husband and we were waiting to hear back from the bank. Tuesday morning I was working with Zach to get all my ducks in a row. Tuesday evening I asked Zach for the buyers orders so I could get the check from the bank. He told me he would push the deal and get it to me in the morning between 900 and 930. Wednesday morning at 935 I texted Zach and asked if he was still working on my buyers order. He didn’t text me back till 953 and said he would get it to me in just a minute. I didn’t receive it till 1101. Then I had to send it to the bank and get the paperwork filled out and get the check. I got the check at 200 on Wednesday and let him know that but because it had taken Zach so long to get the buyers orders to me I couldn’t make it to the dealership on Wednesday because my husband was at work. I told him I’d come Thursday morning and that I had the check and cash for the down in hand. On Wednesday at some point they sold the car I wanted. They never notified me or Jared. All the finance manager could say was “we don’t hold cars without signed paperwork.” I was never asked to sign any paperwork when I was dealing with Zach if he had told me that I would have came Wednesday but I was never told that. When I took the check back to the bank to be voided one the the employees at the bank told me this isn’t the first time this has happened there and that it seems like Pensacola Honda doesn’t like to take checks from the bank because they would rather use their financing so they can make more money off of you. More
