I wasn't a big fan of the appointment scheduling where it was robotic or AI whatever. But I like my service advisor Albert he's been with me since I bought the car and I appreciate him his friendliness and h was robotic or AI whatever. It should not take almost 3 hours to perform a simple oil change and software update. I can definitely understand why people would opt to go to other companies (Jiffy Lube, etc.) to perform oil changes. Jiff change and software update. Unless there is a recall, I will be getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube from now on. More
