I recently took my car to this dealership for a routine oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Two days after the service, I noticed that my exhaust had been hit and that t oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Two days after the service, I noticed that my exhaust had been hit and that the impact had caused my bumper to melt. This was clearly an issue caused during the oil change or handling of my vehicle. Although the service center attempted to repair the damage, I later discovered that the tow cover on my bumper had been improperly screwed into place, making it impossible to open. The carelessness displayed in both the initial damage and subsequent repair has left me very disappointed in the professionalism and training of their staff. I expected more from a service center, especially one that I trusted with basic maintenance. I now have to deal with further complications and a lack of attention to detail in the repair process. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service center to others, as it appears they do not prioritize quality work or customer satisfaction. More

My Saturn Sky was in your shop for 30 days. To repair it, $8100.00. I was going to pay it and the director did not want to touch it being that if they broke something on it, he was afraid that To repair it, $8100.00.
