Got my 2014 Cadillac ATS Serviced. ie. Tune up, throttle body cleaned nd my differential inspected. Not cheap. My Rep. Reggie Shelton gave no courtesy “btw” on discrepancies. In fact he gave me an “All Good body cleaned nd my differential inspected. Not cheap. My Rep. Reggie Shelton gave no courtesy “btw” on discrepancies. In fact he gave me an “All Good” and sent me on my way. I took my vehicle and within a couple of days later I got an overheat condition in Reno. NV. The mech told me I had a cracked radiator hose and metal shavings in my differential. How could that be? I just had all that inspected for an upwards of $2100. I guess those Penske Mechs didn’t do their jobs that I paid handsomely for. I paid for service I didn’t receive. Good to know. I will later trade my Cadillac for a Lexus and not deal w/these crooks ever again. They make the whole Corporation look bad, IMO. More

Worst dealer in my experience. Pretty dishonest follows no strict regulations or processes! Sold me a used car as brand new and charged a premium way above sticker price, the car was released with multiple no strict regulations or processes! Sold me a used car as brand new and charged a premium way above sticker price, the car was released with multiple safety issues, recalls, and no inspection. They remembered to activate my supercruise 8 days after purchase and 1000 miles into my trip and after several hours on the phone with OnStar to only realize it was the dealer's issue. Till today some of my Onstar services are not activated and I have no solution at sight. Managers ONLY care about commission, with no oversight from principles. More

Very refreshing First I never had a most pleasant of a time.. I went there on a fluke me and my fiancée looking for a Cadillac for me.. I knew I wanted to walk out pa First I never had a most pleasant of a time.. I went there on a fluke me and my fiancée looking for a Cadillac for me.. I knew I wanted to walk out paying 0 and I wasn’t having anything else. We were looking an we heard “ have you guys been help yet” and it was Phil. He was kind polite and not salesy.. which I needed.. he catered and remembered all of my concerns which was refreshing. I didn’t have to say “remember I wanted a sunroof”. Also he didn’t try to talk me out of what I wanted. Because he didn’t wanna sale me what he wanted to sale me. Beginning to end we were there just about 3 hours.. Auto his boss was very nice to .. I believed I laughed the whole time there. I seen people who were getting their second and third car from there walking up and out happy and smiling like I was. I live in Victorville but all of my next cars are going to be right there with Phil till he retire. Never had a car buying experience so refreshing. More
