I PURCHASED 2 HONDAS FROM BILL IN 2003 AND STILL OWN BOTH OF THEM. WHEN MY HUSBAND TOTALLED HIS CAR IN 2009, WE WERE NOT READY TO PURCHASE A CAR AT THAT TIME. BUT I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT GETTING ANOTHER H OF THEM. WHEN MY HUSBAND TOTALLED HIS CAR IN 2009, WE WERE NOT READY TO PURCHASE A CAR AT THAT TIME. BUT I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT GETTING ANOTHER HONDA. FINALLY IT WAS TIME IN DEC. SO I LOOKED BILL UP AND FOUND HE WAS STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM AND LOOKED AT THE CRV AND THE ACCORD. 3 WEEKS LATER I CAME BACK AND BOUGHT THE ACCORD. I ENJOY WORKING BILL. AND HE HAD THE COLOR I LIKED....SO THAT WORKED OUT PERFECT. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE, THE PAYMENTS ARE AFFORDABLE AND THE FINANCING WENT VERY SMOOTH. I ENJOY DOING BUSINESS WITH BILL. WHEN MY DAUGHTER IS READY, SHE WILL PROBABLY PURCHASE ANOTHER CIVIC. I LOVE MY 2003 HONDA AND I LOVE MY NEW HONDA!!!! MY 2003 HONDA IS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE RADIO, IT TURNS OFF ON ITS OWN AND COMES BACK ON WHENEVER IT FEELS LIKE IT. I WAS WONDERING IF I COULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT FOR FREE OR FOR A LOW PRICE....MAYBE IT IS JUST SOMETHING LITTLE OR MAYBE SOMETHING BIG....BUT I WOULD LIKE TO GET IT FIXED. Every experience has been a good one. When I have an issue, it is immediately addressed. Customer service is great! this is very much the opposite of Honda of Pasadena which cannot seem to get a grip on issue, it is immediately addressed. I came into see Bill with a difficult request. To get me a red Accord Coupe EXL-V6 with the tan interior during the last days of the annual sale, when there are few to be had.
