I have been buying cars for 40 years and have been in sales of one kind or another for just as long. I was referred to Lin by my best friend who bought his Tundra from him 2 years ago. Without a doubt, this was the most professional and painless purchase transaction I have ever done. This was the first time I did everything on the phone as I live 45 miles away from Penske Downey. From the first conversation to the final signature, everything Lin said he was going to do happened as he said it would. No high pressure or sales T.O.'s, the deal he gave me on the phone was the deal I received. In fact, Lin saved me $800 as he caught an error on the contract after it was signed and instructed the Finance Dept. to write a corrected lease agreement. I would have never known an error was made--his honesty was the icing on the cake and I will gladly refer anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to Lin without any hesitation whatsoever.

There are not enough positive words to describe our experience except for AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I would recommend this dealership and Perry & Phu to everyone who wants to buy a car. They both went over and beyond the call of duty and they gave us 200%. The above ratings do not go high enough for the rating I would give them and this dealership.

LOVE them and when I am in the market for a car I will think about a TOYOTA to be able to deal with these people/dealership again.

Linh is the man. He's HONEST. He's RELIABLE. He's down to earth. He doesn't give you that uncomfortable car buying/shopping feeling/experience. He makes you feel right at home. He is the MAN.

So far, we have bought 3 new cars from Penske, and all 3 through Linh.

All I can say is if you're looking to buy a Toyota, don't go anywhere else. Just go to Penske Toyota and ask for Linh. We DID, and our experiences there were always a TRULY EXCEPTIONAL one.

So stop reading this review and head down to Penske Toyota already :)

The staff was very helpful in finding the car that I wanted. They delivered exactly what they promised, which was great service and a great product. I felt like they genuinely cared about making my experience the best it could have been.
