I only needed a few cheap parts, but was treated like royalt I did not get the names of the young men who helped me in the parts department, but they made my day. After insuring I got only the parts I needed (I had ordered a piece it turns out I didn't need, as it was already included with another part) I asked if they were sure they would fit my vehicle. One of the men asked if the car the parts were for was with me and I said yes. While I was paying for the parts up front he came and said he had spoken with the service manager and since the service department had a bit of spare time they would install the parts for me. I waited inside the nicely air conditioned service entrance until my car was returned. Not only were the parts in place, but they had run my dusty little car through their car wash. Granted, the parts were just a trim piece which snaps into place and a bolt and plate to hold my spare tire, so the installations were not difficult, but it was so nice to have someone provide services that certainly weren't required. Additionally, the woman who handled the paper work for the purchase was extremely friendly. I left Perfection Honda feeling like a queen. I will never consider using another dealership for the life of my car, and will very likely purchase my next vehicle from them. Also, I checked the prices for the same parts at another Honda dealer in town and they were about 25% higher. Corresponded with Ken Dix to get the parts ordered. He was very helpful as well and his employees were amazing. I'm just sorry I didn't get anyone's names. More
Three times is NOT a Charm Made appt for a seatbelt/air bag dash-SRS light indicator on and an oil change. Estimate time 2 hours but actually took 4 hours. Arriving after 2 hrs for the car no one could help us ONLY Mark and they didn't know where he was, take a seat and wait, We did for 2 more hours. Diagnosis faulty seat belt - no part available need to order part. Dealer called the next morning that my part was in! Routine oil change took four hours is a bit much. Today I call because my air bag cover was popping up, we went in and no AGAIN could help us. And Mark again isn't around to help. One service advisor wanted to start the paper work as the cashier went to find Mark, no paper work was completed cuz Mark showed up and looked at the dash and took it back to have service pound it down. Smart-xxx kid I learned a valuable lesson when bringing my car in today. First come is NOT first served. And, I foolishly told the kid who checked me in (Mark Gurule) that I would be back at 1:00. Word to the wise: never, ever do that. My car was serviced out of order and I had to wait for it when I returned--because I arrived before I said I would. A 45 minute job had not been completed 4 hours later! The service writer was unsympathetic: "You said you were coming back at 1:00 so that's when I scheduled it for." In sum, carefully watch your words when discussing anything with the service writer. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Most horrible service ever!!! Sebastian in service was completely rude and disrespectful. Dropped my car off for warranty work. And the problem was made worse than what it originally was. They're only nice when you're buying cars and spending money. But when it comes to warranty work they don't want to help!!! I've purchased plenty of vehicles from this dealer and spent hundreds of dollars servicing them at their service department. My brand new car should not be having problems. I get it... Not everything can be perfect. All I wanted was for it to be fixed... And fixed right the first.time. Now I have to take more time off work and make other arrangements so they can AGAIN look at my vehicle. I'm mostly disappointed in the customer service I've received with Sebastian. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealer.. I love Honda and will only buy Honda. But not from this dealer. I'll gladly take my business else where because I'm sure another dealer will appreciate my business. Something needs to be done about this service department. Not to mention I had to call and leave tons of voicemails just to get an appointment. Even had to go to the extent of contacting American Honda (Corporate) Everyone has their own opinion. But I personally will not recommended this dealer ship to anyone. I will make sure that I spread the word about my horrible service experience and the crappy customer service I received from the arrogant little boy that works there!!! Good bye perfection honda.
