Nice vehicles, slow service. Service backed up for weeks. I set an appointment for Friday at 130 PM and was early dropping off the vehicle. I was told it would be 3 to 7 days just to get a technician to estimate repairs. This was very inconvenient. I called on Wednesday of the following week and got no rresponse. I tried Thursday and the same. I went there Friday, one week after dropping it off, and was told my estimate just came through. They repaired the vehicle that day but it was a great inconvenience to be without a vehicle for an entire week waiting on a simple repair. More
