Elusive electronic issue. My XC70 developed an electronic issue resulting in numerous service required messages being displayed and several features of the vehicle being inoper My XC70 developed an electronic issue resulting in numerous service required messages being displayed and several features of the vehicle being inoperable. I took the vehicle to a local "high end" garage where they told me they could repair the issue. After two weeks and a $90 bill I was told that they could not diagnose or repair the vehicle. I called Performance Volvo and set up an appointment. The issue was very hard to diagnose due to several of the control modules not communicating with the reader. After a short few days the technician isolated the problem and replaced the faulty control module. Throughout this process the service advisor (Josh Reppert) kept me aprised of what was going on at any given time. While my car was being repaired i was afforded the use of a very nice loaner vehicle. Some issues simply need to be resolved by a dealer based service center. A very satisfied client. More

The salesman (Cam) handed me the keys and encouraged me to take it for a test drive as long as I needed. He showed me the work Performance had done on the car (two new tires, oil change, detailing, etc) By that afternoon I bought the car. When I brought it home, my wife noticed a problem; I drove back to Performance thinking I was wasting my time as they were under no obligation to replace a missing headrest. Cam and the manager without hesitation informed me they would purchase a new headrest. A week later I received a call that the matching leather headrest was there for me to pick up. Car buying experience doesn't get any better than that. More

I went up on a Monday to take a look at it and was set up with Ricky SantaRosa as my sales consultant. Took a test drive everything about the car was in good shape and to my satisfaction. Ricky was pleasant very helpful got all the information I asked for. He even got the ok from the sales manager to let me bring the car home overnight so that my wife and daughter could see and drive it. None of the other dealerships I visited offered that. I had my wife the cfo, call Ricky and talk about price. They agreed on a price and we made the appointment to close the deal and off we went. I brought a few minor issues to their attention and Ricky made sure those were taken care of. Cant say enough for what he did for us. Made it an easy, pleasant experience. More
