My service advisor Melanie did an excellent job understanding the problem I was having. She worked with service dept to order the correct part and provide an estimate cost. I also wanted my routine understanding the problem I was having. She worked with service dept to order the correct part and provide an estimate cost. I also wanted my routine maintenance done , so she advised on that too. Robert was my driver who took me and picked me up from the nearby mall. He was very nice and made my wait much easier.
