Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I brought my commercial truck RAM 3500 2020 to Piedmont Dodge Chrysler dealership in December 2022 to fix it. My truck had numerous issues, which is covered by my extended warranty. I explained it had very good coverage that would cover all repair. First, they were not able to find our warranty. 2 months later, I provided warranty case # and phone number. We had communication via email. Last week, I called to find out if my truck was fixed, 4 months latter. They done nothing. Moreover, they replaced 2 batteries which was replaced in October 2022 for $400 and wanted me to pay for it $650. I provided receipt for it, but they demanded payment. They said that I don’t have extended warranty on my truck. Same day, I called to my extended warranty department and opened case. Came next day to find out. They done nothing for 4 and a half months, instead broken front window in my truck and denied replacement of window. Have most horrible experience with this dishonest dealership. Not recommend to anyone. Recommend to stay away if you don’t want to lose your money, and have broken window. More

Went to the Honda side of the dealership on Wednesday and purchased a used GMC pick up. When I got home I found that someone had drilled 4 two inch holes in the bed apparently for a hitch. I went back to the dealership on Saturday and voiced my opinion and said that they should make it right. I was sent to the Ram side of the dealership and was told to talk to Lance. When I spoke to Lance I found that Piedmont actually does care about their customers. I left the dealership with a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited and was very pleased how Lance and the salesman (Mark) handled my problem. I will send multiple customers their way! More

When I am ready to trade it will be with Piedmont and that is all because of Bryan Ward and the service department. Service is everything to me and Bryan knows me and my preferences. He calls me by name and makes sure that everything that I wanted done is completed right. If I can't trust the dealership to perform service on my vehicle I will not buy from them. I trust Piedmont Chrysler Dodge and recommend them highly. More
