My Review of Pittsville Ford:
VIN # was incorrect on vehicle registration that was given to us at the time of purchase. Issue was resolved the next day but an unnecessary return trip could have been avoided. Thought the trade-in value of vehicles could have been a little better.

My Review of Pittsville Ford:
As soon as I began browsing cars, Bo, the salesman approached my family and I. He was very nice and knowledge on the mustangs I was interested in. I test drove it, and being short on time we planned a time to come back and figure out some numbers. When I got back to the dealership the mustang was sitting out front and had been clean and detailed for me. After much consideration, and Bo being extremely patient I test drove a brand new mustang and decided that was the car I wanted. Bo and the manager worked up numbers to my liking and treated me very well. They were very down to earth and talked to me as if I knew them longer than a matter of hours. I highly recommend this dealership.

My Review of Pittsville Ford:
I was shopping for a used vehicle to replace the one I had that had been in an accident. Michael spent alot of time showing us the products that Pittsville had. He was very informative and patient and we were glad to purchase a vehicle from them. Great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I also use Pittsville Ford to service my other cars and they always do a great job and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I have been looking to trade vehicles for the past month. I have looked at other dealerships and found that Pittsville motors had just about what I was looking for at the time. I stopped by the dealership and met with saleman Bill Croswell who was very knowledgeable of the product and very helpful in the sale. i would highly recommend Pittsville motors and salesman Bill Croswell to any of my friends in the future.

I have not bought a car since 1994 and I have only owned two cars my whole life and I am 37 so I was really pleased how they helped me out! I will buy again from them!!! Thanks Michael for your help. The price was a good deal and everyone there is very friendly so my overall experience was great.

Bill Croswell treated me great! But I can't say so about the sales Manager until after the deal on the final cost of the vehicle was reached. He said to me on two different occaisions "I'm trying to get this into your head"????? If it weren't for Bill, the service dept, and the close proximity to me I would have explored the option of another brand.
