Came to service dept due to battery drainage. Manager Jhonathan and engineer Khona helped me and they even finish service work in ine hour. I thought I would peave my truck because it is almost shop closing time. Engineer Khona, truly positive and great work attitude that he has. Service manager Jhonathan helped me whole process so smooth and comfortable. Every car dealer shop has good staff and selfish staff like any other work place. But let me tell you, give Khona and Jhonathan good level of recognition for their hard working snd customer satisfaction. Sales is important, but what makes existing customer continue to come back to this dealer shop is truly service dept and their kind attitude. 5 stars to you both Jhonathan and Khona. I have been taking my car to Planet Dodge for service since I bought it. They have the worst service department of any dealer that I have ever dealt with. I have given them several chances to redeem the since I bought it. They have the worst service department of any dealer that I have ever dealt with. I have given them several chances to redeem themselves because this is the closest dealer to my home and work. One time they kept my car for over a month for a simple repair. Today they refused to service my car because I did not buy it at Planet. They said I would have to leave it for at least two weeks. The only thing this dealer can handle is oil changes. Service here is such a bad experience that I would avoid buying any Dodge product because dealing with any service later will be an absolute nightmare. The positive reviews they have online must be fake. It is completely impossible. They are 100% incompetent. Avoid this place at all cost ! More

On July 13th, 2023, I entrusted my brand-new car to Planet Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for a routine oil change service. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a nightmare scenario. Several hours later, I received a call from them informing me that my car had been involved in an accident within their premises. To say that I was shocked and devastated would be an understatement. To compound my frustration, the dealership adamantly refused to acknowledge the incident in writing or via email, conveniently avoiding any accountability for the damage caused. Their refusal to take responsibility for the crash, despite it occurring within their premises during their service, is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, when I requested the necessary insurance information to address the issue, they blatantly refused to provide it, leaving me in a state of helplessness. This lack of transparency and cooperation only exacerbated my mounting frustrations. What was even more appalling was the treatment I received from the staff at Planet Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Their demeanor was hostile, aggressive, and utterly disrespectful. As a valued customer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and empathy, especially given the circumstances. Instead, I was met with disdain and a complete disregard for my concerns. It is truly disheartening to witness how a dealership can treat its clients in such an appalling manner. The lack of responsibility, refusal to rectify the damage, and the deplorable treatment I endured have shattered my faith in the professionalism and integrity of Planet Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. Their negligent behavior, unwillingness to address the issue, and disrespectful treatment of customers are simply inexcusable. I dropped off my truck on May 24th due to my car not turning on. I was being told that I would have my truck looked at in a few days due to cars being serviced ahead of me. I followed up everyday to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about due to the reviews about this dealership leaving customers cars on the lot for weeks on end. After one week of waiting I was told I was next and that my car was being worked on. I showed up to the dealer and it was sitting outside in the same spot where it got dropped off. I went inside to find out what was going on and the attitude they had towards me was as if they didn’t care. The dealer does not provide loaners and I was wasting time and money using my wife’s car and getting rides to work. If I was at least told a realistic time frame I would have planned accordingly no matter how long it took. When my car finally made it into the shop after speaking to the service manager, my truck was sitting in the shop without being worked on due to a fuel pump not being available at the dealership. This is understandable and I had no problem with it. I was told my car would be ready on Monday morning on June 14th because the person assisting me who was in charge of my car mentioned that he wanted to make sure the fuel pump was installed correctly before I received the car. When the day came to pick the truck up I took it to put gas the next day, and gas was leaking everywhere all over the back of the truck and splashing everywhere due to the fuel pump not being installed correctly. The inside of my cabin smelled like gas, I had gas on my shirt and shoes. I was on my way to drive to Jacksonville from Miami and had to drive back to dealership on June 15th to tell them that they installed my fuel pump incorrectly. When I arrived there wasn’t much urgency and felt as if I were a joke. I am very reasonable and understand mistakes happen, but after leaving my truck at a dealership for more than 3 weeks you would think that the technician would properly install a fuel pump. The person assisting me in the service department called the technician and they started working on my car in the drive way which was strange before they finally took it to the back to be inspected before handing it off to me. This is a safety issue and that entire service department should be inspected before performing any service on cars. I was then given a $50 certificate to fuel my truck up. Which I appreciated, but felt as if it was not enough. I was willing to let them know that it was okay and I’d make sure to leave a positive review because I know mistakes happen. Unfortunately, what prompted me to write this review was the fact that I went to do an oil change at a different Ram dealership after my road trip on June 17th. When I provided them my information they were not able to find anything associated with my phone number. When they finally found my profile through my vin number they noticed that this dealership changed one letter in my email and one number on my phone number in order for me to not receive a survey. This is a shady business practice and I cannot believe that after letting them know that I was understanding and I would leave a positive review they still had the audacity to do this. I was really avoiding writing this review but people need to know of what goes on in this dealership. It is unfortunate but true. I will not be coming back. More

The experiences have not always been positive, but the latest was detrimental to my car's engine and could have put my kids and me in harm's way. I have paid for several oil changes, which include (supposedly): Up to 5qts of 5/30 Replace Oil & Filter Top off fluids as needed NONE of which was being done. As you can see from the pictures provided, they DID NOT perform the tasks I paid for; the only thing they did was reset the "Oil Change Required" message. As I was driving to work this past week, my car suddenly began sounding an alarming notification and message that it was overheating. Upon further investigation I found NO ANIT-FREEZE, DIRTY OLD OIL (if any), NO WIPER FLUID (least of the problems of course). Six weeks prior, I had traveled to Orlando with my two small kids. Can you imagine if this had happened while on the Turnpike? They put our lives in danger over a couple of bucks. They almost ruined my car over greediness; my engine could have locked up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB because the way they practice business is knowingly negligent and they should be held accountable by the law. More
