Very bad experience with this dealership! I did lease buy out of my car and I was charged fee for change of plate and registration which is not necessary when you buy out your own leased car. After I didn’t out of my car and I was charged fee for change of plate and registration which is not necessary when you buy out your own leased car. After I didn’t receive new plates for months (and got a ticket for expired temporary plates), I tried to contact them multiple times to get a refund but after lying to me that they will check what’s going on with my plates, they just stopped responding. In addition, I was charged for detailed cleaning (which they said is mandatory when selling leased car, even though I am buying the car I leased for 3 years) and all they did was just exterior wash. Very unprofessional service! I don’t recommend this place! More
