Staff was amazing, Mauriccio sales team personally worked with me , He is extremely nice and polite , They coordinated purchase really fast with a short notice. There are two words that come to mind when describing sales associate Anthony Moore. Patience and poise. As we navigate through these tumultuous times, new challenges have arose in the auto industry sales associate Anthony Moore. Patience and poise. As we navigate through these tumultuous times, new challenges have arose in the auto industry. Anthony successfully navigated through the challenges while maintaining a contagiously positive demeanor. This was no easy feat due to supply shortages that spread industry wide. At no point did I experience price gouging or sale manipulation. Anthony was professional, thorough and charismatic. Lincoln as a brand has stuck with the fundamentals which is focusing on the customer not the dealership or the bottom line. In light of this it is likely we will continue to buy Lincoln’s in the future if this experience continues though our journey in the new vehicle. I leave this word of advice for future car buyers. The industry is nothing like it was, so take everything you thought you knew about buying a car and throw it out the window because the entire car market is reinventing itself in light of the challenges sprung on by the Chinese virus. Do your homework and if you find a car you love don’t hesitate or it will probably get swept out from under you. Last note, be sure to tell them if you don’t want a license plate on the front bumper before it goes into PDI. Unfortunately, I’ll have to pay to fill the holes drilled into the front bumper. More

I took my 2018 SUV (under warranty) into Planet Lincoln for a minor fluid leak. I was told by the service writer that he would call me when they diagnosed the problem. On day 3, no contact so I contacted for a minor fluid leak. I was told by the service writer that he would call me when they diagnosed the problem. On day 3, no contact so I contacted him. All he would say was that I was in line. On day 4, the service writer would not return my calls, so I called the main number and talked to another service writer. ONLY AFTER REPEATEDLY PRESSING HIM, he said he would check to see how long they estimate before they would LOOK AT MY VEHICLE. When he returned he said it would be at least 7-10 days just to look at it! I then asked if I could pick it up and when it was my turn in line could I bring it back in. RESPONSE: YOU TAKE THE VEHICLE, YOU LOOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE! You know and I know they knew what the timeframes were when I dropped it off. If they had told me it would be 2 weeks to even look at it, I would not have left it with them. Actually, if they had told me that over the phone, I would not have wasted 4 days and an hour driving to drop it off and pick it up and be without a vehicle for 4 days. So I picked it up (30 minute drive each way). I called the local Ford dealer and he said it would be 2-3 days to look at it and if they had the parts then would repair immediately. If they had to order parts, I could pick up my vehicle and they would call me when to bring it back in to make the repairs. Now that is the way to do business. Just be honest with the customer. Planet Lincoln has lost me as a customer for new vehicles and service. More
