I I have a 2015 Cadillac XT-5 with only 20,000 miles on it. I came in for yearly oil change. Christie Cook, from the service department, explained that I needed new tires, brake fluid flush and replacement it. I came in for yearly oil change. She explained it was a time issue, not a mileage issue. I was not able to wait for all needed maintenance, but had the battery replaced that visit. Christie worked with me to get another appointment quickly and at my convenience to get all my maintenance done. The waiting room at Plaza Cadillac is excellent. It has very comfortable chairs, snacks, coffee and TV. Plaza Cadillac service department personnel are the best! Thank you! More
