Even when I changed the return of my car to “I’ll drop off the loaner and pick up my car”, there was no problem. My car was ready at the time it was promised. Service representative was friendly/courteous and was able to tell me exactly was was needed, why, the cost, and when the next service was needed and what items needed to be addressed at that time. My car was returned cleaned and in perfect condition. I have dealt with the various Service Representatives at Plaza, and they all have the same work ethic - that, as a Lincoln owner, my satisfaction is the only priority!! More

Because of a major disability and not being able to visit the dealership the final purchase was by phone .Plaza Lincoln and Doug Yoder delivered the vehicle to our home. All paperwork was finalized at our residence. In addition, Doug Yoder spent as much time as needed with the wife and I to make sure we understood all operating systems and safety operations of the vehicle. Once again, I never had a dealer assist me to the level that Plaza Lincoln did. It is not always about price. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
