My daughter has an 11 month infant and because of her employment commutes from New Jersey to Brooklyn daily. We, the grandparents, are the happy babysitters. My daughter arrived and told me her tire indicator light turned on during the trip. Upon examination of her 2015 RAV 4 tires there was one with a large screw that punctured the sidewall.
Foe the safety of our daughter and granddaughter w decided the tire needed to be replaced for the trip back home to New Jersey. We are long term Plaza Toyota customers and called customer service to explain the situation. Lucy could not have been more helpful and conducted herself in a very thorough and professional manner. Lucy said the service could be done through our account and tried to establish a same day solution but after some time could only offer an appointment the following day. However, Lucy promised to bring this to the attention of the service department. I subsequently received a call for the manager Luis who informed me he could replace the tire within a few hours. The service was completed in time for our daughter and granddaughter to travel home safely. Lucy, Luis and the service department team definitely earned our praise and thanks, and also confirmed our decision to stay with Plaza Auto all these years.
