"Car runs smoothly"

Car always comes out running smooth. I never have to take it back for complications. Amelia explained the issues with me on the phone and was patient. I also like that you can book an appointment online to get the car serviced. I don't like going to dingy looking garages. Here, I feel safe going by myself.

Anthony is the Toyota Master Technician at Plaza and he is the only technician who works on our cars. My husband and I both have Toyota vehicles and we are very pleased with the service at Plaza. We bring our vehicles in for service every 5000 miles and Anthony is very thorough with the service, shows and explains to us everything about our vehicles and because he "involves" us throughout the entire service visit, we will not go anywhere else!

"required replacement airbag for recall"

I stopped in to Toyota to have the passenger airbag replaced as there was a recall. There was no charge for this service. I very much appreciated that the wait-time was right on target as estimated. I liked my service representative, Amelia very much. She was a very personable, professional and courteous person. When I had a mechanical question she explained very well in a concise way. Amelia is definitely an asset to your organization. I imagine she will rise in your corporation.

It was great they had coffee, donuts there for you to enjoy while waiting and even a shuttle car to take you home and bring you back if the service was going to be an all day thing.
