"Servicing @ Plaza Toyota"

Very pleasant scheduling appointment & quick service & good contacting with updates. I like their Shuttle Service for dropping off & pickup when car is ready. Very convenient service. Will be doing more servicing at Plaza Toyota in the future. PS.............The Coffee & Donuts are a nice touch !!

"Great service"

Courteous and professional. Job was done beyond expectations. My only minor complaint was that I was told the car would be ready before 530 and that service closed at 630. I had to call them at 545 to get a status update and only then did I find out the car was now ready. That only gave me 45 minutes to get back there to pick up my car. But, like I said, minor thing. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.

The service was excellent from the beginning to end. Ms Kelly was very professional. I like that she gave me an update about my car while I was waiting. I also appreciated the fact that Toyota Service Dept sent me an email with coupons.

Fast and efficient service, coupled with a very courteous and knowledgeable staff, makes for a rather pleasant experience. The wait was a lot shorter than anticipated, which is quite unusual when dealing with car services. I went to get an oil change. I was told the wait time was going to be two and a half hours, but I was out of there in one and a half. I was very happy as I was there with my baby. All the employees that I came into contact with was very friendly and courteous. I hope they continue with the great service.

"Necessary same day tire replacement "

My daughter has an 11 month infant and because of her employment commutes from New Jersey to Brooklyn daily. We, the grandparents, are the happy babysitters. My daughter arrived and told me her tire indicator light turned on during the trip. Upon examination of her 2015 RAV 4 tires there was one with a large screw that punctured the sidewall. Foe the safety of our daughter and granddaughter w decided the tire needed to be replaced for the trip back home to New Jersey. We are long term Plaza Toyota customers and called customer service to explain the situation. Lucy could not have been more helpful and conducted herself in a very thorough and professional manner. Lucy said the service could be done through our account and tried to establish a same day solution but after some time could only offer an appointment the following day. However, Lucy promised to bring this to the attention of the service department. I subsequently received a call for the manager Luis who informed me he could replace the tire within a few hours. The service was completed in time for our daughter and granddaughter to travel home safely. Lucy, Luis and the service department team definitely earned our praise and thanks, and also confirmed our decision to stay with Plaza Auto all these years.
