"Professionalism, courteous and great work done in record ti."

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. I didn't have to stand around and wait for so one to come to me. The advisor was clear and helped me to understand what would happen next. I received a call within moments after I left to make me aware of warranty expiration and costs of service.

"Good experience at Plaza "

The service staff was very courteous and kept me informed on the status of the work. The was an unavoidable delay in reprogramming my keys but i was kept in the loop. They worked as fast as the process allowed.

"Very courteously, but tech recommended unnecessary services"

The attendant Rachel was very nice, courteous and helpful. After I left my car at some point someone else (don't recall his name) called me and suggested two quite expensive repairs. I declined and later on checked with an independent shop's mechanic, whose opinion was they were not necessary.

"Communication is key! "

Marie communicated with me excellently. However, the rest of the organization lost the customer and the service. Why should I have to call for complementary shuttle service in which I have to be transferred numerous times to schedule the pick up. I also had to call more than once to get the pickup. Then, after paying for services rendered it took another hour to get my car. No one ever communicated to me that there was a problem until Marie explained what happened. The final straws that added insult to injury: 1 my sticker on my windshield that deals with my tires and nothing to do with Toyota was removed; 2 the seat cover, foot mat and my service tag were crumpled up and left in my car on the seat like I was unworthy to have such removed and 3 I received this survey in my email before I even received my car. I have been calling your dealership since I left with my car and I am either getting voicemail or I was left on hold for over an hour waiting to speak to a manager. I'm thoroughly disgusted.

"Excellent Service"

I was there for oil change service to my Toyota, they are very organized. I saw one of the customers Rep. Mr Shawn Cherry took care of me was treated like am his family member l was there with my kids he told me about the shuttle service withing 4 miles for free and he always came to me telling me about the service progress to my car great Customer service.

"July 1, 2015 Visit"

Ms. Marie Titov was very courteous. Her approach revealed the excellent people-person quality she possesses. It was a pleasure having her attending me. There were two recalls on the vehicle, which was brought to my attention. I was pleased that the services were completed.

"overall pleased"

My experiece was overall well. The gentleman that saw me on my visut assisted me withcare and explained everything to be done with professionalism. I will say the wait time to be actually seen was longer than honestly I anticipated but this was made up for by the quality of service I wasgiven
