I stopped in to Toyota to have the passenger airbag replaced as there was a recall. There was no charge for this service. I very much appreciated that the wait-time was right on target as estimated. I liked my service representative, Amelia very much. She was a very personable, professional and courteous person. When I had a mechanical question she explained very well in a concise way. Amelia is definitely an asset to your organization. I imagine she will rise in your corporation.
