Jimmy was the service manager for the 10K service only 2016 Camry SE. I cannot begin to say how amazed and pleased I was with the service he provided me. I had a 10:15am appointment and arrived early due to my 8 am personal appointment being cancelled. Jimmy greated me with a smile and got me into the service queue.
I had a view of my car being serviced and was amazed that it wasn't just sitting there. Someone was working on it!!!! I say this because I had my 5K service done at another dealership and I waited and waited and waited....even though I had one of the first appointments and was there on time. Based on my experience I was fearful of taking my
Camry in to another dealership. I anticipate that this service call should be about a quarter of the time I wasted at the other dealership. I had one minor issue that was my fault for not informing the technician about an aftermarket part. Once the issue was identified, Jimmy took care of it super fast.
Just to sum it up, Jimmy was aces and deserves more than five stars. He not only met my expectations, he exceeded them. I was out of my early walk in even before my original appointment. He gained a customer today! Many thanks for making my rainy day a little brighter!
