Easy first new car purchase! Although they were busy on a holiday they didn't let on to be stressed and we weren't attacked by desperate sales people before the door closed. Preston Hill was our sales guy and he was so patient, polite and not pushy at all. He didn't trash other makes of cars or give false information to deter us from other makes (Unfortunately we experienced that elsewhere). He was sincerely appreciative for our business and that goes along way! The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because we didn't like being surprised with the service contract and extended warranty once in the financing office when we thought everything was done but signatures. We were told now or never and the cost was over 4k for both. That's not an impulsive amount of money to spend in our household. After asking, we were told we could cancel if we changed our mind so we took it so we could actually think about it for a few days. Still deciding on that value but as for the car and Preston we are super pleased! More

He made my Valentines Day special I went to purchase a Lexus RX350 2016 which was advertised with a navigation system. The vehicle was advertised inaccurately so instead of walking away unhappy he offered another vehicle which was a RX350 pearl gray 2017 with a navigation system that was extremely awesome than the vehicle I had my eyes set on. I got a good trade in value on my 2004 ES 330 Lexus. Mr. Jordan Springman refused to let me leave without good customer satisfaction. I am pleased to give him a five star rating for his exceptional salesmanship. The experience I was feeling was painless, exciting, caring and most of all totally off the chain Awesome. Pohanka Acura is the best!!! Pohanka Acura is truly the best dealership experience I have ever had in my lifetime! I haven't purchased a car from them and I may not because of Pohanka Acura is truly the best dealership experience I have ever had in my lifetime! I haven't purchased a car from them and I may not because of what I'm specifically looking for in my next vehicle. However, this place truly bends over backwards for the customer. Customer service means a great deal to everyone I encountered during my almost three hours visit to test drive one of their vehicles, specifically the TLX. I was greeted at the door as I entered by Emad Siddique, and we sat down and talked about cars and what I was looking for, etc.... He took a copy of my license and some basic information and grabbed a set of keys. Before hopping in the TLX, he explained some of the features on the exterior and in the trunk space. He certainly listened to some of my concerns before we went out on the test drive because he showed me specifically how those things worked and explained in depth. Inside the car he went over various key safety features, though most I had experienced in other vehicles that I had already test driven, so I was very familiar already. Out we went and I asked if he had a specific route, which he did, but routinely asked if I wanted to drive farther and get different experiences on different roads. The backroad test was fine, but I wanted to have a little more highway test so I continued driving further on Rt. 28. I loved the car and features and also the salesman. He was wonderful to deal with, very informative and definitely interested in putting the customer first. After driving the car and on our way back into the dealership, Emad took me to meet Mike Clancy, who is the service manager. Emad was explaining that the service department and is open a ton of hours, providing easy opportunity for customers to get their car serviced. Mike was friendly, engaging and willing to talk about the outstanding dealership and outstanding service department that has been rated as the top service department for many years. He indicated the service department is open from 6am-midnight Monday through Friday and 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday. That is unheard of, but makes sense for the lives and schedules of people who live in Northern Virginia. Mike provided his card and told me to contact him anytime if I had further questions. Mike made sure to mention that after the sale, it was important for customers to know that they have a strong service department here and waiting for them to come and take care of their vehicles. He indicated there are plenty of loaners that can be used if the service is going to be longer than a couple of hours. He also indicated, which surprised me, that they don't typically take service appointments. You just drive in and the service techs come out and check your car in and speak to you about the service issue and once determined will let you know how long it should expect to take. Afterwards, Emad took me back into the showroom where he introduced me to Tony Ramazadi, a sales manager, who I had the opportunity to get to know through during our 15-20 minute conversation. He, like Mike and Emad genuinely told me to call and contact him if I had any questions or needed further information. Its certainly the people at Pohanka Acura that make this such an amazing dealership. They are willing to go the extra mile and it makes you stop and think. Acura is definitely high on my list of possible cars to purchase, either way, this dealership is the best. If you are considering an Acura or even if you are like me and aren't sure about your next car, go to Pohanka Acura and test out some of their vehicles. Her upbeat personality and knowledge of the entire Acura product line let us know immediately we were in good hands. She listened to our wants and needs and then showed us how specific vehicles would fit those needs within our budget. The entire experience was relaxed, informative and ultimately successful. We purchased a 2017 MDX and absolutely love our new car. From the minute we walked through the door, to the time we drove off the lot, Phuong provided us the trusted support we needed to make our buying experience a truly enjoyable one. Used & Lease experience: above & beyond expectations I went there to buy a used Acura. Wasnt sure what I wanted. Took a alot of time to test drive and research different cars. John was patient and effic I went there to buy a used Acura. Wasnt sure what I wanted. Took a alot of time to test drive and research different cars. John was patient and efficient - no pressure at all. I finally bought one for over$18k.Drove it home, but there was an issue - so i took it back next morning. They offered to either fix it or let me get something else. ** they still had the loan papers so it wasnt too late**. There was no pressure - they stood behind their brand, no questions asked. I ended up leasing a 2017!! Never thought I would do that, but John patiently explained the pros and cons with me - got me some food and let me think it over. He spent HOURS with me. When I was ready and made up my mind, it went quick! My biggest challenge was deciding which wonderful Acura (new or used) to drive home in. More

She showed us all the difference between each model, base, technology, advance, and Acura watch package. After we had decided to go with the particular model, she tried to find the best deal for us that is an incredible price. Even though we had to go back and forward, but we enjoyed every time we stopped by and talked to Elizabeth. After we bought the car, we also can call her anytime when we had questions regarding our car, and she answered the phone quickly and helped us to solve the problem. More
