He was patience and courteous and never made us uncomfortable. we knew how much we were going to spend on MDX and we came very close to that price range. David was knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for. He called us that morning and told us that Greg is out of office but if we could make it , he would make sure we will get the vehicle for the best price and he certainly delivered on his promise. I explained that I was looking for lease pricing and general information on the vehicle. After David Knight was able to run the numbers for me, he called my cellphone to discuss the pertinent details. I was more than pleasantly surprised at the terms which definitely further engaged my interest in the TLX. David was more than helpful when discussing this feature rich sedan even prior to me seeing it in person. I scheduled my test drive for two days later. When I arrived at the dealership, David was in the process of completing another car sale so he asked that another gentleman named Joshua Gettis, to take me out on the test drive. Josh was extremely personable and highly informative on all of the features of the TLX advance model and even the safety features which to me was a huge positive aspect of this car. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, with many people in the showroom, I didn’t feel any pressure from either gentlemen to complete the deal that day.
