I told her my concerns and interests and she lead me to the TLX and followed that up with such precise details which really showed me that she was listening to understand and accommodate my needs not just to sell. That really made me feel at ease because it also showed me that she was not trying to rig me off like other sales reps I've previously dealt with at Chrysler, Leesburg. After the service I received here I am most definitely suggesting this dealership to my friends and family. My wife picked out her car...Aline took us through the car and explained all the features...we test drove it...and then the buying process went into full swing.
