Each time we came a calling they never failed to deliver..From my wife"s first lease.to my son"s first car purchase.to my most recent new car lease.they have done a great job making sure we left totally satisfied that and that we made the right choice.Each salesperson our experience a joy. The sales manager always made sure we were not leaving without the car we wanted. We still have two more cars to get in the future.My daughter is still in high school and I"ll be getting ready to retire when my new lease runs out.That would make 8 cars in 13 years. Thats why i consider myself a lifer. More

They ripped me off over charging me for a diagnosis that was never performed and refused to provide sufficient documentation. Save your time and money and take your vehicle somewhere else. More

He agreed to that price and came in to finalize the transaction. Upon arrive we were 80-90 percent into the transaction, including our trade-in which he low balled. After some discussion he kept us waiting for about 20 minutes and the came back and said he was sorry, he could not honor that price. He shuffled papers back and force and said he was sorry he could not honor that price. He did not know how they came up with price, this is coming from the “sales manager he should know his product and the price”. Here is the bait and switch for which they are known for, now he wanted not to honor that price and to say we had to pay much more for the vehicle. At this time we called him out and left. During this time he tried to get us to stay by by trying to up our trade in price, which he already low balled. Bottom line, stay, they will try to rip you off. You have been warned. More

Experience with Service Department About two weeks ago, I had my car serviced for the routine maintenance. When I picked up my car, the light for the tires came on. I took the car bac About two weeks ago, I had my car serviced for the routine maintenance. When I picked up my car, the light for the tires came on. I took the car back the next day to explain to them that I had just had my car serviced and the light for the tire was on. I was told in order for my car to be seen, I had to wait 3 hours just for them to look at my tire. I explained that I was on my lunch break and didn't have time and I would bring the car back. I bought the car back today and Marcus from the service department examined my tire and asked me a few questions regarding the tire and I tried to answer the questions. He was VERY RUDE towards me and wouldn't let me get some of my answers out to the questions. Marcus, PLEASE STOP SAYING YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE PEOPLE A DEAL, BECAUSE THAT ISN'T TRUE!! I asked to speak with a manager. The manager came out and I explained the situation to him. He facial expression and body language showed me that he was interested in what I had to say. He told me he would have to go and look in the computer to see what was going on. He left me standing outside for 20 minutes and NEVER RETURNED. I thought that was so unprofessional. I was never told that the dealership doesn't have warranties on tires. I will NEVER GIVE POHANKA HONDA, CAPITOL HEIGHTS my business again. More

Horrible Customer Service I checked online to see what time the Pohanka Honda Service Center closes and their website advertises service Monday-Friday from 8AM – 8PM. I arrived I checked online to see what time the Pohanka Honda Service Center closes and their website advertises service Monday-Friday from 8AM – 8PM. I arrived at the Ricthie Marlboro Rd location at about 6:50 PM and pulled into the Service Lane and waited in my car as instucted by the overhead sign. After sitting patiently in my car for roughly 10 minutes and Sales personnel came out to deal with other vehicle but never stopping to inquire about my desired service, I went into the Service dept to talk to a service rep at the counter. After a couple of minutes after trying to ignore me, one of the Reps with great indignation asked how could they help me. I indictated I wanted to get the oil changed in my Honda Pilot and he promptly asked was I planning to leave it overnight because they quit taking cars after 6:00 PM. I explained to him that I had driven 30 minutes out of my way because the website indicates that no appointment was needed at the Service Dept and is open until 8:00 PM. He indicated that on a busy day they always quit taken cars at 6:00 PM and there was nothing he could do for me. I am sharing this as I believe this is false advertisment, decpetive business practice, and horrible customer service. It is a factual statement that if a business quit taking customers at 6:00 PM they cannot legitimately claimed to be open for service until 8:00 PM. I am sharing this so that this Website can update the information provided to the Public to accurately reflect the Company’s hours of providing service so they can avoid wasting their precious time and resources unecessarily. More
