They might be the most efficient service organization I've ever dealt with. I had an issue with my radio freezing up recently, so I brought my car to Shane and learned that it wasn't just me. Some kind of software problem with Lexus. There were maybe twenty cars there with the same problem along with other customers with regular service. The place was packed. He said I did not qualify for a loaner car but he said if he had enough loaners he would let me use one to finish my errands while my car got serviced.
