No Sale, but Highly Recommended It was time for my latest annual car buying spree, and I decided I wanted a Porsche to solve some mid-life crisis woes. I looked far and wide, but 2016 Macans were in limited supply, and 2017s were in US Port waiting to be delivered to dealers. After a few visits to this dealership with less than stellar results, I was contacted by the Business Development Center. They put me in touch directly with the Sales Manager, who promised me personal attention to detail. He was absolutely wonderful. He located a car that would meet my needs and arranged a swap with the other dealer to get the car. Since it was a 2017, we then had to wait for the car to arrive. By the time I was contacted that the car was in, I had located a slightly higher-optioned model at another dealer and ended up buying that due to the additional equipment level. All I can tell you is that the Sales Manager at Herb Chambers Porsche of Burlington was honest and fair, and lost out on selling me a car by only a few hours. If you are shopping, I would definitely recommend starting here, and maybe you'll end here too! More

I informed both of them that I was not really looking to buy but was very curious about the Macan as my brother in law had purchased on 1 month earlier and I had to have one. This was on a whim at 75 I had decided to treat myself. The time spent with Michael Wootan was very professional, no pressure, but polite and answered any and all of my questions with no hesitation. Fantastic Transaction All the Way! I've wanted a Porsche 911 for a very long time, and finally got one...a 2015 Targa4....I had expressed my desire to Sales Manager Chris Husband awhile I've wanted a Porsche 911 for a very long time, and finally got one...a 2015 Targa4....I had expressed my desire to Sales Manager Chris Husband awhile back, and then out of the blue, I get a message from him that Burlington Porsche finally got an allocation for one....of course I jumped on it, and what a great experience with both him and Philippe Chanial...they were both exceptional, no pressure trying to get me to purchase options or extras I didn't want....told them what I wanted on it, and that was it! They kept me well informed during the build and shipment, and my vehicle was actually delivered ahead of time......and there is nothing the customer literally needs to do...they take care of all the paperwork, including Mass. Registry documents.....I just waited for the call to pick it up and when I did, Philippe was very patient and knowledgeable to show me and perform all the functions of the vehicle. I've driven (not owned!!) many sports cars, including Lamborghinis and Maseratis, but for handling and stability, nothing beats a Porsche 911....especially the 4 wheel drive Targa. If you're looking for a Porsche, I strongly recommend Burlington Porsche....truly Exceptional! And the free gifts at the end really made this deal really super. Thanks again. More

Superb Experience I special ordered a Macan S in June, for September delivery. The order locked a few days after I placed it, and I wanted to make some changes. Chris I special ordered a Macan S in June, for September delivery. The order locked a few days after I placed it, and I wanted to make some changes. Chris Husband immediately offered another slot for November delivery in order for me to add the options I wanted, no questions asked. He was very transparent throughout the process and offered very personalized service. Then during the wait, he put up with my weekly emails requesting updates of progress. Sometimes those updates were provided without me asking. Chris went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Not everyone operates at that level, but Chris does. He have a lot of patience with customers (like me). Philippe took the time to explain all the features of the Macan. This was quite a unique experience for me. This is my first Porsche and I'm loving it every day. I will most certainly do business with Chris again. More
