As we wanted to see the car multiple times, I also appreciated that Daniel made himself available and patiently walked us through everything. My husband and I purchased a Cayenne S from this dealership. Matthew Gish was our salesman, AND WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANYONE BETTER!! Matt was genuinely caring, kind, and engaged in our purchasing experience. We never felt as though he was just spewing words in order to get our purchase. He was a genuinely great person. He answered all of our questions (many before we even asked). We never had to haggle, and we never felt as though we were being taken advantage of. He treated us as though we were his only clients. Never rushed! I asked Matt if he would throw in a free Keychain and he promised he would. When we arrived, he presented two of them. I wanted to pufchase a beautiful cap and had my card out to do so. The Financial Manager (Percy) gave it to me for free!! Although our vehicle was pre-owned, we received the inspection reports, Carfax, as well as the service information. Everything was great!! When we picked up the car, Matt informed us that he and Percy decided to share their profit with us. We were given four new tires, new front breaks, and windshield wipers. FOR FREE!! We feel like we are part of the Porsche Greenwich family, and will NEVER shop at any other dealership for our future cars. You WILL NOT be disappointed if you choose Porsche of Greenwich. First, its not a Porsche Car issue. Its the Porsche dealership issue. Honestly, i would not have dealt with any other dealer other than a Mercedes Benz dealer for buying their pre-o Its the Porsche dealership issue. Honestly, i would not have dealt with any other dealer other than a Mercedes Benz dealer for buying their pre-owned vehicle, but since it was Porsche, i did not hesitate to get into this transaction. My folly !! I had shortlisted a pre-owned Mercedes Benz car and based on the directions from one of their Porsche Brand Ambassador(who was helpful), i signed all the documents once i received the "signed" Purchase Order from the dealership and also deposited the requisite amount. Based on this progress, i discontinued my discussions with the other dealership for the car. But when i started following up on the finance related queries in the next couple of days, i come to know that the "General Manager Sales" of the dealership will be contacting me on Aug 31, 2023 as he had decided to sell it to someone else. Till today i have not received any call on the same nor do i have a name for the same. There is no accountability with responsible office bearers of such a prestigious premium brand as how they intend to do good the financial loss due to their decisions or wrong decisions. Please think twice before transacting with this dealership More
i liked my salesman but that is where the positive experiences ended. i called in mid April and tried to get a loaner car when i get my car serviced and they said the first loaner is available in JUL experiences ended. i called in mid April and tried to get a loaner car when i get my car serviced and they said the first loaner is available in JULY. They also don't believe in returning your calls. I have called on three different occasions and no return phone call including the manager and when you ask why they didn't return the call they say they are very busy.. no excuse. You buy a 100k car and you expect better . I also have a tire protection package they are reluctant to take care of it . IF I WERE LOOKING FOR A PORSCHE THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD GO TO THIS DEALER. TRY ANOTHER ONE IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY OR BUY A MERCEDES OR BMW. MY PAST EXPERIENCE AT THESE DEALERS IS SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER. More

Brought my Cayenne for a 40k service at 9 am and the service advisor couldn't even give me a rough estimate on how much the service was going to cost. I had asked him for a quote and he informed me that service advisor couldn't even give me a rough estimate on how much the service was going to cost. I had asked him for a quote and he informed me that they wouldn't know until my inspection. Yet he wrote down on my service sheet 10 seconds after my question $1600. I had called another Porsche dealer who was able to give me a rough estimate. Was told I would get a call back later that day after my car had went into the shop. I did not receive any call from there service dept and my calls that I have placed to check on the status were not returned either. Was not told they were keeping my car for a second day. The following day after reaching out to their service dept around 11 am after not receiving any call that morning and left a message with their service manage. Someone had called me back and hour later and was told they were busy and would let me know when they have any information. Poor communication with their service dept and was told excuses for parts when my car came in for a fluid exchange and oil change. They have 1 service advisor to handle everyone's service appointment. I ended up calling the sales dept to finally get a hold of someone from service and relay my message that I just wanted to pick up my car at this point and declined any recommended services. NO call back from service manager at all, who I was told doesn't even work in that building. Would not recommend this dealer for service. They are unable to handle to handle the amount of vehicles that are being brought in and clearly are overbooking appointments. More
