Brought it in, they replaced cyl.2 glow plug and gave it back, light came right back on, brought it back, went 2 weeks with no communication and then I get the car back after they replace cyl. 2 glow plug and cyl 3 glow plug. After another week or two the light comes back on, I bring it back, they replace cyl 2 glow plug and try to give me back the car... I literally have to tell them to dig deeper and try something else because obviously something else is going on here. So 3 weeks of diagnostic time later, they give us back the car with cyl 2 glow plug replaced again, cyl 3 glow plug replaced again, and the glow plug wiring harness replaced. About a week later the light comes back on, code says "cyl 2 glow plug circuit malfunction" again. I call Service department and tell them the light is on again with the same trouble code but I am not bringing it in because it runs fine and they can't fix it anyways. 26k miles later the light starts flashing so I bring it in. They replace the cyl. 2 glow plug again, try to charge me for it, and act like they are doing me a favor when I finally get them to cover it. But they refuse to cover my 3 days of rental car use because they vehicle is "out of warranty". I confirmed with Dan that they do in fact have data logs from the onboard CPU that the same glow plug code has been continuously showing since the vehicle was under warranty, and his response was that "at some point you need to take ownership of your vehicle when there are this many miles on it" and "you could be using bad fuel" (Yeah because its so common for people to pour bad fuel into cyl. 2 only...) I would agree with that "taking ownership" statement 100% if it were a wear item, but glow plugs should last 150k miles, and these are clearly not worn glow plugs. I have been blamed for the incompetence of their technicians, and have been asked to pay for their inability to diagnose my vehicle's problem. If a technician is not capable of solving a problem, I don't hate him for it, but take responsibility for the shortcoming, don't try to blame me, do the right thing and cover the $150 rental car bill just like you would with any other warranty repair... Just a full year and a half of terrible service topped off with this final straw of being blamed for their incompetence. More

Fair business practice, I don't think so Reminds me of the car salesman of old. We visited dealership, found a VW we liked and would have purchased at the full sticker MSRP price. To our surp Reminds me of the car salesman of old. We visited dealership, found a VW we liked and would have purchased at the full sticker MSRP price. To our surprise the dealer marked up the VW Beetle an additional $5,000 over the MSRP! I questioned why there was an extra markup. At first I was told the car had special custom accessories ordered for the car, which turned out to be questionable since no one could tell or show what the accessories where. Upon further conversation with Jason, one of the sales managers, he explained this VW was a special limited edition and was difficult to get. So this justifies a gouging practice of adding $5,000 to the selling the car above full VW sicker price? Come on guys working on the profit the MSRP returns isn't enough? Get real; I suggest anyone looking for a VW support a dealer that demonstatesc ethical businesses practices that is fair to all parties. Obviously this dealership is questionable in that area. This review has no reflection on the sales person Max. Max although fairly new, was helpful, courteous and looked to the managers for assistance and answers he did not know first hand. More

Veterans/Seniors beware Experience with salesperson went well. We were about to pay for the new 2016 car and were told we qualified for a $500 veteran's discount. After wai Experience with salesperson went well. We were about to pay for the new 2016 car and were told we qualified for a $500 veteran's discount. After waiting and haggling we were told we had to finance the car to get the $500. Bottom line, they added all kinds of charges and we ended up paying $5k more with all the additions we didn't need or want. Several weeks later paint began to chip - again more haggling. The bottom line, they assume no responsibility and we are stuck with a car we hate with chipped paint. Never have I worked with a dealership so corrupt and unwilling to provide service. More
the worst dealership in FL I had the worst experience at this dealership. I test drove a car and walked away that night with out the car. The next day I wanted to put a deposit I had the worst experience at this dealership. I test drove a car and walked away that night with out the car. The next day I wanted to put a deposit down on the car I drove. They were about to do it 2 days later. When I went to buy the car. I was told the car was sold and they tried to pass another car off in it's place. I walked the parking lot and found the car I test drove to begin with. After finding the car. The sales manager still tried to sell me to wrong car. The manager told me "a deposit only guarantee the price not the car. They can sell the car and replace it with a different one." I couldn't believe what he told me. I wanted my deposit back and he treated me like I should let them keep my money. After asking for it back over 20 times. I was done with it. I walked out. The sales manager than yelled from the front door as I was getting in my car. "aren't you going to wait for the receipt for your $100?" The salesman had the xxxxx to call me on my cell and when I didn't answer sends me a text telling me to call him because there were a few things we needed to talk about. I had to call my credit card company to let them know what happen. It took the dealership over a week to give me back my money. More
Lacking one hand does not talk to the other I purchased a VW Jetta last Monday. Today, at home the Honda Dealer calls me and states I owe on the traded in Honda Civic I leased. I had to drive up I purchased a VW Jetta last Monday. Today, at home the Honda Dealer calls me and states I owe on the traded in Honda Civic I leased. I had to drive up and talk to the sales manager and tell him the HFS is bothering me about a car I don't own any more. The salesperson that greeted me told me that I had three days to trade in my Jetta for another car. My original salesman never told me that. As you can see the lack of communication. I am very disgusted with the way the dealership does business. And I am more upset at Honda for not knowing the car was being paid for. I really like that the car has many features, but half of them were not discussed. First one was the trade in after three day, the second was the use of the vents in the car, the third was no roadside kit, I had to ask for it and was told :I don't know about that, and lastly that according to the NHTSA the car that I drive had "3" recalls. I was never told until I complained that the recalls were done before the cars were on the lot. I really miss the Fort Myers Honda, I was told to go out in the parking lot and pick a car. While out there all my paperwork was done. They just needed a VIN number to cross the t's and dot the I's . In my quest to find a car, I spent over 5 hours waiting for an answer. I got up, took my keys and my car and left. I told them, when they got everything done, to call me. Recommendations: Communication works when two or more people know the same thing. 2. Have better salespeople that work with the customer not against. 3. Be more customer service oriented. 4. Let customer know when paperwork is going in. 5. Not promise things for a certain day and not having it done then. 6. Send emails when they are supposed to 7. Not drag their feet. 8. Try t get a sale with a person that needs credit. 9. Not move the customer over to a less likely buy. More
