The service department does a great job, never had an issue with my jeep. I wanted to trade my car in and get a new one. The Jeep I was looking at was very expensive because it was loaded. I purchased a new 2022 leftover Ram 1500. I traded in my 2019 Ram 1500 and was given a very fair price for the trade and again came to a more than pleasing deal with the new truck. Date of delivery had to be the easiest I had ever had sitting with the finance department no BS up sales very straight forward in and out 15 minutes. I love this track like you have no idea. No unfortunately my new truck had a few hiccups in the beginning and I got to meet the service dept. I have to say that the are a very nice group of people that really went above and beyond with everything concerning my thoughts on my truck. I will definitely buy from them again and my wife is planning on leasing the Jeep Grand Cherokee for them in the up coming months. More

I beg that anyone thinking of a jeep to please visit either riverhead or smithtown as I am not the only one to experience similar treatment, having asked around after I realized the bait and switch they pulled. It is just sad that they take advantage if people the way they have. I am an actual customer and this business should not be trusted. More

Avoid them and trust me you will thank me later. Adam Donin their finance guy and Dan McCarville the manager are some of the most shadiest people I have seen in my entire car buying experience. I have never seen someone be that dishonest, slimy and shady as Adam and no one as pathetic and arrorant to the customer as Dan. No one in there is worth anything in values. The sales people are his minions doing his dirty work, arrogant, rude and more worried about going home at closing than selling you a vehicle.. Literally quoted me more for a vehicle than they had it listed for on their website and to boot the conveniently forgot to tell me it had 5K miles as a demo vehicle. Looked at a new ram. They took my trade and still waiting for my check been 4 days they took my money quick enough. Went to buy a ram with trade in. They have owed me money for the last 4 days. I I had asked how much a bed cover was I was told 1000. Went into Jeep Dealership in Port Jefferson, NY to buy a Jeep Renegade, after speaking to the rude and arrogant sales rep (probably because I couldn’t afford a higher end Jeep at the time) we left and went Jeep Renegade, after speaking to the rude and arrogant sales rep (probably because I couldn’t afford a higher end Jeep at the time) we left and went to Security Dodge, recommended by friends, and we had a much better experience with the sales team. We purchased the Jeep. Then when I needed an oil change called Jeep in Port Jeff, as we live close to them and hoping their service department was better than sales. I was told they don’t do the oil changes, included with the lease, if you didn’t buy the car there. Ok….had an issue with my sunroof, they asked me if I bought the car there I said no, they gave me an appt for 3 months out…. I can live without a sunroof for 3 months. I make the appt drop it off, told me it would be be 2-3 days for them to take a look at it. After 3 days called and they told me they haven’t gotten it in yet to look at it and dispatch couldn’t tell them how long until it was taken in. Asked what the point was of having an appt. I get it if you need a few days for parts or to fix but to not even get it in the shop to look at it is unacceptable. He proceeded to tell me that when I dropped it off he had told me it could be an extended number of days, which was not true at all, my fiancé was there and heard what he said. From there we told him we would just come and get the car as I couldn’t go a “extended”period of time without a car. Also, when dropping off the car he informed me that they would be taking plate covers off from security and putting theirs on. Whatever…. thinking to myself, if you need to do something that small to try and make yourselves look good, go for it! So disappointed with this whole establishment. Brian was the person we spoke to in the service dept. I am not sure if this is a Jeep corporation issue or just Port Jeff. I honestly would give them no stars if I could as it was a horrible experience from sales to service. I would think Jeep corporation would be happy to make money wherever you buy or have service. 👎🏻 More
