My Review of Portland Volvo:
I have worked with many,many dealerships from coast to coast. Mercedes, Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Volvo and Ford.I usually own 3-6 late model cars at any given time. I am extremly attentive to all things auto and I expect the same from anyone I work with in that regard. Portland Volvo is simply "the total package". They provide a knowledgeable and attentive sales staff that seems to be invested in creating a relationship rather than conducting a transaction. The service department is simply the best I have ever encounterd, hands down. Even my minimal and unfounded concers are treated with respect. They have earned my implicit trust and truly trusted advisors are hard to come by toady.

We were very impressed with Ralph. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and worked with us to achieve a fair sales price.

James worked to get us a very reasonable loan rate and was helpful in providing information to help us make informed decisions in finance.

All in all, a very good buying experience.

My Review of Portland Volvo:
In August 2009, I was rear-ended at a traffic light, my 1999 V7 R was totalled. I was devestated, I loved my red wagon that could go very fast! Working with Heath Lovely, I found car. I met with Heath, dreading purchasing a car, dreading wondering if I would be treatedly fairly. The transaction was like a dream: Heath made the car purchasing process the easiest I have ever experienced. He put me at ease. Heath guided me through financing, arranged for my loaner to be returned to Enterprise.I drove away in my new car the same day I looked at it and I drove away feeling I had been treated fairly, respectfully, and in a kind manner. Without hesitation, I will seek Heath out when it is time for another car. Thank you, Heath!

Actually worked with Ralph twice in 6 months. Traded V70 purchased 3/09 for XC90 10/09. Both times, overall experience was excellent. Experienced service department one time when having oil changed. Awesome! Loved getting a loaner, my car was ready when promised. Highly recommend Portland Volvo and especially Ralph.

Kate was a huge help. She was very friendly and professional. This was my first time purchasing a car and she made the process very easy. I thought the process would be much more of a hassel, but it was very straight forward. Once the paperwork was filled out, Kate even got in the car with me to show me how everything worked! It was an overall great experience and I couldnt be happier with the car!

Kate was very helpful and friendly. She got me a good price on the car that I wanted. She helped me set up the Bluetooth on board. The rest of the staff provided excellent service with financing. The dealer does a good volume and is a good option for out-of-state buyers from states like NH or VT with few Volvo dealers.

Worked with Kate and it was a great experience. I love my Volvo and it is more than i could have expected! They added booth blue tooth and GPS and it was integrated beautifully. Great red stripes for free! It is a pre-owned but in great shape. it came with ipod cord that got loose, and they immediatley fixed it. Grest experience all alround!
