WE are a middle aged professional couple and were not allowed a test drive without a salesman in the back seat! Got back to dealership and offered $645 less than the asking price and were told they do not negotiate they're asking prices!! The price is the price!! Treated like this and we hadn't even bought the car - didn't want to know what service after the sale would have been like. "Steer Clear"

We dealt with Halie Lyons on our first trip to Portland Volvo. Halie was more than efficiently knowledgeable about the vehicles she promotes. She had patience with my wife and I explaining how everything works when you step foot into the dealership. Halie communicated almost
daily with us, as our buying experience continued throughout our Florida vacation.

Jason was our business manager and helped us close the deal on our 2010 V50 Wagon. He also was very knowlegeable and friendly. We
could have wrapped everything up in 30 mins but we sat and continued talking with Jason socially because he was just fun to be around.
Two hours later(haha) we were driving home with our new car from Portland Volvo!

This car buying experience far-exceeded any that we have ever had in the past 22 years and we look forward to continuing our service re-

Excellent buying experience from everyone at the Portland Volvo Team. Carrington Smart was our sales consultant. His outstanding job knowledge, attention to detail, and personal customer service made my wife and I feel very comfortable in every aspect of our car buying experience. Jason Shaw was also very attentive, having done most of the paperwork in advance of our arrival to pick up the vehicle. I had a fantastic experience buying a pre-owned car from Portland Volvo. Joe Costa was friendly, helpful, patient, and all-around pleasant to work with. The finance manager, Jason Shaw, was equally excellent to work with and actually secured a rate lower than my credit union could provide. The sales office is extremely comfortable. Heck, they even have a golden retriever who walks around spreading the love. They have a fixed-price policy. Will you be able to save a few bucks elsewhere? Maybe, maybe not, but I can't imagine a better overall experience.

I love my new car. My sales person was Cary and he was very thorough and patient with me as I weighed out my purchase options. He accomodated all my requests.

Note: my 2007 S60 Volvo was totalled in a rear collision and I cannot stress how thankful I am I was in a Volvo! All safety features worked and limited my injuries from what could have been a very bad accident.

Thanks Volvo! Love your product. I wouldn't drive anything else.
