I can't believe I was denied my license plates!! I purchased a Nissan Maxima for my birthday. The body of the car was in excellent condition. While test driving the vehicle I noticed a hub bearing w I purchased a Nissan Maxima for my birthday. The body of the car was in excellent condition. While test driving the vehicle I noticed a hub bearing was needed. The guy who was running the show assured me the hub bearing was the only issue the vehicle had. He told me he could have it fixed in no time. I asked for complete honesty. I was told there was absolutely nothing else wrong with the vehicle. The under the hood inspection went great. We started the paperwork process and I was super excited. It's safe to say the vehicle didn't last a month before it began breaking down. The vehicle started to make noise and sway side to side. I finally got the car towed to a dealership and was told the entire frame was rusted. The dealership put my car in the air to show me the problem. Omg!! Completely rusted out!!! Thank god I know a mechanic with a body shop. He charged me $1100 to completely reconstruct the frame of the vehicle from old parts. I was out of a car for over a month. I knew my temp plates would expire soon so I hitched a ride to pick up my plates. I can't believe the guys working in that place didn't give me my plates. They claimed the vehicle had to be present.Well maybe if they would've been HONEST I would've purchased a better vehicle that would've allowed me to drive. I had all of my paperwork showing the car was mine. They refused to look at the paperwork. I had to purchase my plates from the Secretary of State. Smh shame on you guys!! I was treated like crap.I can't explain the feeling I had as I walked away without my plates on a vehicle that I wasn't even driving. More

Basically go here if you have access to a free mechanic or you are a mechanic. I would have purchased the vehicle if they would have just repaired it instead of trying to give it to the consumer by saying engine repair was part of maintenance. More

Very poor service I went inside this dealership to purchase a car. The car they had posted online that I was interested in was sold. A gentleman said someone had purcha I went inside this dealership to purchase a car. The car they had posted online that I was interested in was sold. A gentleman said someone had purchased that vehicle the same day. I looked around found another car. We talked about prices and came to an agreement. When test driving the vehicle it started making noises. On top of that the brakes were bad. You can literally hear them! I'm so glad I didn't rush into anything. Service was very poor. Please when buying a car be careful who or where you plan to purchase it. More
