Good sales experience with Charay I purchased my Toyota Tacoma from Charay at Poulin about a month ago. I had a really good buying experience, Charay was friendly, professional and alw I purchased my Toyota Tacoma from Charay at Poulin about a month ago. I had a really good buying experience, Charay was friendly, professional and always available with answers to my questions. I am very satisfied with my truck, I did however have a moment when I was not sure if I was going to have an issue with my purchase. The A/C-Heater fan was making a noise, I did inquire about the noise before I left the car dealership and was told it was a normal sound. I took the truck home and the sound got louder. I had my truck inspected at a local Toyota dealership shortly after my purchase and was told my truck is in great condition but the A/C blower needed to be replaced. The cost was about $180 so I did not make a big deal about it, especially since the Toyota dealership appraised my truck for more than I paid. Overall I am very satisfied with Charay and the vehicle I purchased. More

Resting our doubts assuring us that they would do what they could do to get the family into a safe reliable vehicle and explaining the process all the way through it. We left there not only with a new car but a new level of confidence, for once we were not pushed away because of life's bumps we were welcome with out being judged in anyway. I will be a repeat customer, the most welcoming was the smiles on the faces and Charay was great she did everything for us making car buying one of the most simple decisions we have ever made. More
